They are just so-so. It is hard to fit into my ear

Bought new washer & dryer & all new connections & install from Best Buy. Dryer quit working & burning smell. Referred to Whirlpool repair service, quickly serviced dryer & found loose power cord in back of dryer, which was installed by Best Buy. Entire wiring harness burned & needs replaced. Whirlpool does not cover cost of new power cord, since I purchased from Best Buy. Visited store in person & called customer service, only to be told no, it's been past 90 days. At least another week until dryer will be repaired & Best Buy won't even be reasonable & cover the $19.99 power cord they sold & installed poorly. $19.99 power cord unfortunately is going to cost Best Buy a longtime & frequent customer.

They are nice but battery life is not the greatest

Its cool how bluetooth n everything..but uncomfortable...

I thought that these were going to be the cat's meow! They belong in a litterbox! Sound is better on my $15 SkullCandy earbuds. Charge doesn't last long. Pairing issues. Sound quality was not impressive for the price. They just sit in my gymbag now.

These were a birthday present for my son and they worked well out of the box but unfortunately one of the ear pieces stopped working within a few weeks. This is the second pair that have had this problem and I have had friends who have had similar issues.

Great for the gym. But wish they had better sound.

Had owned Beats headphones in the past and was impressed by their sound. This ear buds have an average sound while priced premium. The sound is poor, no base sound, and the highs are bothersome at times. Battery life is about 4 hours after fully charged.

TNothing sspecial about these. I've had to return.

They suck! The headphone w/ the phone sound better

I have have the ear phones for six months max and I had to return them because they didn't charge anymore. I took real good care of them and keep them in the case and they still stop working. Also the return process was a process with Best Buy

low battery performance, better battery will be perfect

I bought these for the fit, its great. However, they stopped accepting a charge after 2 weeks use. Very Very disappointing. Now I have to package them and send to Apple (who owns Beats) for the fix.

Worked 10 times, then no charge - trying to return.

What is the people from beats thinking they're stuff is way to expensive not really worth the money is a lot of options now whit better sound and price

Purchased JBL wireless much better and half the price

I bought these because I have earphones with a cord and they are constantly getting hung up on my clothing and such. I hoped to solve the problem with the cordless earphones and decided to put up the extra $ to get this pair, since I have heard so much about them. Well don't do it! Not only is the connection with my iPhone horrible most all the time, if there is any background noise (i.e. heavy equipment - which I work around commonly) the playback is extremely staticy and constantly cutting out. I have essentially gone back to using my corded earphones any time I am working. If you want a good set of earphones for just sitting still and listening to music, then they are okay for that.

Sound quality wasn't up to par for what I expected from beats. Connection would get disrupted if there were loud noises around, like my lawn mower for example. The only positive was the battery.

I really do not see the big deal about these. No!!
