This product broke after one week of use. Then I tried to return it to Best Buy after I came back from vacation. They would not do anything because it was 15 days after I bought it. Wish I would have used Amazon instead of Best Buy. Best Buy has terrible return policies. I probably will not buy from Best Buy any more. Target gave me 45 days on the last Electronics I bought from them. I would probably go to Target or use Amazon next time. Wish I would have not gone to Best Buy.

I have had my Powerbeats 2 for just over a year...I noticed the covering over the volume control was starting to deteriorate and exposed the circut inside the controller. I contacted Apple which apparently owns beats now and although the product warranty expired 2 weeks ago she gladly showed me the the prices for a new powerbeats 2...Sorry....Doesn't stand up to sweat apparently.

NO BASS! Very tinny sound. Comfort level isn't bad

Good quality noise but poor durability left ear already went out and the Bluetooth connectivity stopped working.

The product is okay. It's not the best. I actually wish I could return ... They don't stay in ears while running and often fall out. It's pretty irritating

The battery does not last long with a full charge. Noise elimination is not great. Even though there are many ear bud choices, may or may not fit in ear.

I bought my first set of these headphones a couple of years ago. I wear them 5 days a week to the gym for my workouts. It's light duty believe me. The first pair broke after 9 months or so. The plastic ear piece snapped off right at the base. I chalked it up to bad luck and as I had enjoyed them, I bought another pair. After about 9 months with the new pair... the same thing happened! Beware of these headphones as the design quality is suspect at best.

I can only talk on them for maybe 15/20 mins max and then they start distorting and people can't hear me so I have to unconnected them then reconnect them.

Bought these for my wife 4 months ago..... They were amazing until they stopped working a couple weeks ago.... I will keep you posted on how the return goes

I think these earphones are great for people who workout but not for someone just looking for wireless ear buds. They stay in but are not comfortable!

Pretty disappointed in this. You are paying for the brand name. Buy the LG wireless headphones. They are much better and have sound cancelling abilities.

Paid over $100 for these for the gym. The war peace came apart within a year. I have apple headphones that have lasted longer. Terrible.

I am not sure why but the battery life is terrible on these. Not sure if its a product defect but not even close to the estimated battery life.

States 6 hrs of battery life on one charge, when it's more like 4 hrs. Sound quality is not good and it's hard to get a proper fit. Retured headphones.

I had these Ear Bugs for about a month. Wearing the wheat Bugs irritates & hurts ears.. I think the problem on the Ear Bugs are to big for my ears..

Sound is okay. Comfortablity was a bit questionable for me. They lasted about a year before I sat on them and they broke.

The side cover on the left side just came off while I was running. Didn't notice till I got back home as this part is pretty light. I went back to the store and they told me that they can't do anything and to contact Apple support as Beats was bought by them. I wish I knew this before. I always relied on bestbuy when it comes to electronics. Now I learned the hard way.

This product is only good for the wireless aspect. I found it difficult for the earpieces to stay in. And when they did, the sound wasn't that great.

I was skeptical at first with these ear buds when I kept reading that people were having trouble with the audio when it came to any sort of video on their phones, but I went ahead and got them anyways. I originally had the first edition of the powerbeats (wired). They sounded great, fit well, and were exactly what I was looking for, so why not try out the refined wireless version? Right off the charger I went to spotify and tested them out. Bass heavy (which can be adjusted if you use spotify) and the mids and highs can keep up when tuned on the equalizer. After only a few workouts I'm already impressed with the functionality of the volume / mic setup, easy to reach, durable, and easy to use. If youre willing to spend the money I wouldnt hesitate picking these up.

I expected the sound to be more deap and the base to be more. I didn't feel the quality of sound untill I actually physically pushed the earbuds further in my ear and held it there. However, I have to hold it there to somewhat feel a better deaper quality of sound, because as soon as I let go that depth and quality disappears and I'm left with mid range and tribble but no base sound. Not what I'd expected from an expensive namebrand earbuds set.
