buttons doesn't work, i have used them only thrice in 20 days, volume buttons aren't working

DO NOT PURCHASE, poor quality, no bass, extremely expensive, definitely not worth the price!

Very disappointed. Constantly breaks up or disconnects.

I bought these originally for my workouts, but after three months, they locked up and cannot be reset. After reviewing the instructions on resetting them, which didn't work, I was told that I would have to wait for the battery to die to reset them ... it was 100% charged and I'm still waiting a month-and-a-half later. I put these in a drawer and will wait a while longer. I bought a competitor's product instead.

Worked great for 5 months then wouldn't turn on. Now waiting to see what Apple does about it. Expected better performance.

Product works great, but repair service through best buy is terrible. Has been over 2 weeks wait on update for repair information.

They stopped working after 8 months... they are an apple product so I have to send them away to be repaired as apple will not replace... 'it should only take a few weeks'... I don't mind spending more for quality... however, I expect "quality" to last more than 8 months.

I bought these over the earbuds approx 35 days ago and they are already broken. The volume buttons have completely fallen apart. I went to Best Buy and they said call apple. I called apple and I stayed on hold for over 25min with no answer. My advice...try another brand!

The design of the ear piece is very uncomfortable. It is big and designed for a generic ear lobe. I tried to get it to fit my ear but it took more time then I think it should. I want to be able to pick up the headphones, pop them in my ear and go. I would have to struggle to get a good fit and when I finally got them to fit properly, I could not wear them for to long because they were uncomfortable.

I wasted my money buying this it shuts off constantly and it's fully charged the headset sounds as if it I was listening to a scratched CD-ROM always skipping songs and I'm listening to music played on my iPhone which works fine without the headset. I truly regret wasting my money on this product now it's too late to return back to the store. Should of just bought the solo2 beats. So disappointed

These have got to have the absolute worse sound quality of anything I own. The earbuds that came with my S7 sounds better than these overpriced pieces of audio junk. I returned these and got SkullCandy wireless; night and day difference. I've always thought Beats were severely overrated, decided to try these since they were on sale and instantly regretted the decision as soon as I fired up my first song.

I was advised by a friend who had bought them not to get them but I ignored his advice because I had tried a pair of over the ear headphones (same brand) and loved them so I thought they would compare (WRONG!!) and also Best Buy had a very convincing Beats representative who, of course, swore by them.. Don't make the same mistake I made, DON'T BUY THEM. There, I just save you some money. You're welcome.

I recently purchased a pair of Beat by Dr. Dre wireless earbuds, and I have to say they exceeded my expectations. I purchased them mainly with the intent to use while working out. The reason they caught my eye is because they are wireless earbuds. Meaning there is no chord that you have to plug into your phone, rather they connect via Bluetooth on your smartphone. I was always bothered by a chord from standard headphones. I always seemed to get them caught on something while walking around a weight room causing them to get yanked out of my ear, which was extremely frustrating. With the new wireless earbuds, I purchased, I do not have to worry about this at all. Other great features of these earbuds is that you can answer a phone call while wearing them. This is very helpful and convenient if you on a bike ride, with just a push of a button located on connecting cable you are connected to whoever has called you. Each set of the earbuds comes with a USB charger. With a full charge the earbuds will last around 5 to 6 hours. Which is adequate for me, a fully charged pair lasts me about 3 workouts. Also if you have an iPhone it will show in the top right corner how much of a charge is left on the earbuds. I found this very useful and overall great. With all these great features one might think these earbuds are flawless. In my opinion these are for the most part. The one thing I noticed is that if you wear the earbuds while going for a run or bike ride is that you can kind of hear the wind whistling. This was not too much of an issue but one I did notice. But it is not really an issue for myself because I mostly just workout indoors. These earbuds are great for people who do or do not workout. These would be a great gift to children of all ages. They take little effort to use and work great for anyone who enjoys listening to music while on the go. They look great and are not bulking like most wireless earbuds. They would be great for listening to music while on a flight or just listening while relaxing at home. They sync with any Bluetooth enabled device and the connection is great. I never once lost connection with these. With a price of $139.99 you hope to get a product that works excellent is virtually flawless. With these they are just that. I give these 5/5-star rating.

If you are sitting and not doing anything these may be good but working out they don't stay in well enough to hear very well.

When I bend my head down with the headsets on they stop working. I guess I purchase a refurbished set and didn't now!!!!!

Worst headphones for the iPhone I have ever purchased. Connection guess in and out.

Do not waste your money! I bought these because of the name thinking they were going to have the best sound and range! Boy was I wrong, a friend and i compared my beats to his 30 amazon headphones and he was able to leave his phone and go across the gym while i was able to go maybe 12 ft before it started cutting in and out! Hopefully they fix their issue because i wish i could have returned them!

Not real happy with these. Microphone is in the wrong place making it hard for people to hear me on the phone

This product sucks! Bought 3 and wow they made it just over best buys magical 30 day return policy. My first review was more in depth but I guess can't say anything bad about the store and lack of help you purchased from. Bad business! Anyways, product sucks and Google powerbeats wireless 2 won't turn on. You will see just how many times this happens. Let's see if this review makes the cut!
