Bought these beats lasted about 4 months then wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on just dead. Called apple went through a bunch of nonsense and then sent a new pair. 6 months later same thing! Again apple sends a new pair. About the same 4-6 months that pair broke!! Called apple, went through all of it again they sent me a different kind of beats. Don't buy these they should get zero stars

The design is great, they look good and fit fine but the sound quality is not what I expected when I made the purchase.

My son slept with his headphones on and woke up to find one of the earbuds broken. He had them for less than 2 weeks and this happens. Best buy would not exchange them. I had put them on my credit card, so I had a broken product that I still owed $140. I tried supergluing the ear piece, and while I was holding them the volume button split open. Never will I buy from this manufacture again.

Horrible earbuds. Kept cutting out and losing connection. Sound was awlful.

The sound was not good. It wasn't able to get volume while keeping the base...

Controls were not responsive and I had difficulty switching songs. Sound quality is ok, but not for full price.

Headphones do not hold up at the gym. Sweat gets into the volume control.

My first purchase fell apart after 1 month. Apple Store gave me a new pair. After another month had problems with sound control Sweat had a bad effect in it. Sent back to service and received a new pair. That pair lasted a month with sweat again as the problem. Apple offered a different model. The company does a great job with the warranty. Just not a great job with the product.

I have a few Bluetooth earphones and this one doesn't even come to anyone of them. I returned mine right away.

I wanted a pair of in ear speakers that did not hurt. These did. I finally got the Bose and they are awesome

I bought this earbud type headphone to use at the gym, because I previously used my on-ear Beats headphone but it became smelly from sweat. I'm really enjoying this product; loving how lightweight it is, the wireless feature, and the great fit. Also enjoying that it is compact, yet provides the same great sound that I love a lot. The only downside is that I have to remember to charge when needed, however this still outweighs stinking up my on-ear headphone. No sweat smell remaining on this earbud headphone.

After a poor fit & quality with the Jaybird BlueBuds X, I returned to Best Buy and purchased the PowerBeats 2. I was hesitant to purchase them in the first place because I don't usually buy things just for the brand. The sound quality is excellent and the fit is great as well. I have been using them with the buds that came on them and did not have to adjust the tips. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the charger is a little awkward. It is difficult to plug in to the buds and almost seems like you have to force them. Also, I use them with my Galaxy, so the functions are limited (no pause/play, skip, etc) but apparently work for Apple products. It does allow for basic functions, so it is not really a problem.

If I walk fast or run, the sound breaks up, makes no sense, but that's the only time it does it, prob will return

Hurts while wearing in the ear for about 30 minutes. Sound quality is good

terrible product. I own lots of apple stuff (lots) but this is the worst thing they've ever made. It stopped working 2 weeks after i purchased it, won't charge, wont turn on. Nothing has fixed the problem. I know many others with this same issue.

It had no kick to the sounds so everything sounded screechy. Returned immediately and got the Bose wireless

Not a good product. Didn't stay in my ears well. Right one would come loose. Bluetooth would disconnect or get "staticky" when my phone was in my pocket (iPhone6s). The sound quality was not that good. Not as bad as some earphones, but the apple earbuds sound better. For the price, they are terrible.

Reception is horrible, with iPhone in pants pocket the headset kept cutting out. Very short reception range.

Bought these headphones as a fathers day gift. First couple times they were used the Bluetooth reception was poor and the audio would cut in/out. Would have rated the headphones higher had this been my only issue. Within 30 days the volume buttons ceased working. That was followed by the power button ceasing to work. Very poor performance and product quality for the price.
