The headphones has no bass, and the sound is very low. I returned the headphones and kept my apple headphones.

Hardly no bass tone available. Very surprised at the good ratings and the lack of quality for the price.

The earpiece snapped off on the power up side which makes them virtually unusable.

I bought these for when I workout at the gym. I wore them once and took them back. The sound was no better than a $15 wireless headset I had bought at TJMAXX. The earbuds would not stay in my ear either. I would not recommend these to anyone.

I use it for my gym workout and this sounds awesome. Stays fir in ur ears during the workout. Battery backup is also pretty good. Call quality is not as good probably as the microphone is behind and away from the mouth.

I am not happy ,switch from my ear,switch the range all the time,pain my ear using more and 2- houre music.

They are uncomfortable and hurtful after 20 minutes that you have to take them off, they are not the best.

after purchasing my beats I am facing trouble turning them on. I did the reset solution and they still won't turn on. When I purchased them I didn't get an option to get warranty on them. Also I try looking up my order on the Best Buy website and they are having trouble locating it. But I have emails saying my recent purchase if I want to make a review on it.

After the first 30 minutes of playing around, I can say they are the best sounding ear buds I have had yet. I should probably tell that they cost at least 3 times more than all the others that I've had for what it's worth. After tweaking things to my liking, they fit well and are very light. I had a couple times that the short cord stuck to the back of my neck and pulled on ear bud. A quick shuffle and it was good, so hopefully it doesn't happen often. I always stayed away from beats because I thought they were over priced status symbols for yuppies. I finally bit the bullet and bought (thanks to a generous sale) and am pleasantly surprised by them. At this price, of coarse they are well packaged and come with a fun little case. I am happy with my purchase thus far.

I really didn't like it. It was really uncomfortable in my ear. The sound was OK. But not what I expected.

the product was too expensive and no very compatible with iphone 6S

in this price, it isn't perform very good. it even hurt my ears. same thing like a 20 bucks product did.

Usually Beats are very good earbuds. After only having them for 2 months one of the earbuds fell apart.

There are battery issues with this product. Mine died in less than a month and I barely used them.

I feel that Beats are highly overrated and overpriced. Their sound quality is pretty bad and the wireless range is horrible! Save your time and money and buy the JayBirds instead. I bought these because I liked the over ear the design after owning the original JayBirds and these don't even compare to the sound quality and wireless range of the JayBirds.

This item was used only a couple weeks before it stopped holding a charge. Took it to Best Buy to exchange it and they wouldn't. Very frustrated! I paid a LOT of money for this thing! It was my sons ONLY Christmas present. I originally bought it from Best Buy because I trusted if I had any problems they would take care of it. Guess I was wrong!!!

Had to return two pairs of beats 2 within a couple of uses because the control panel stopped working on one pair and the other pair stopped holding a charge. I spent the extra money on a pair of beats 3 thinking they wouldn't have problems and sadly they would not hold a charge after 3 uses. My thoughts are that they really aren't sweatproof :(
