these did not want to pair with my phone. although the other pair I bought did

This is my second pair of wireless beats within a 4 month period. I have experienced the same issue with both pair. The volume button has broken off both pair. I use the headphones for my runs. I don't perform any strenuous activity while in use. I store them in the case that's provided and I still have the same issue.

I got them in December 2015. It makes it easier just to workout and run with them. They have a good quality sound and are very comfortable. Battery life is good.

The bass isn't that good. I've bought cheap ear buds that sounded better.

Good design, but they sound like a pair of tweeters in my ears, no bass at all.

These broke within months of use. Were only used indoors lightly.

About 2 days ago he headphones no longer hold a charge and will not turn on.

I'm a runner and have the Bose Sport. I decided to go wireless and these headphones are money! They are comfortable, they don't move a bit, sound is great and you don't mess with cables.

Loved them for 30 days, then they would only turn on sporadically. When I could get them to turn on , would not turn off and I would have to uninstall them every time. Definitely not worth the money.

Over rated. For headphones that are nearly $200.00 they don't fit the bill

2nd unit I purchased. Fortunately the first one failed within 10 days so Best Buy replaced it. The replacement unit failed within 20 days so is not replaceable per story policy. Units fail to charge, turn on, and perform. Normal wear and tear should exceed 20 days. Best Buy should discontinue this product.

Product was stolen during the holiday season before I could open the box.

I have to take them back. The have stopped working after less than 3 weeks/

Doesn't fit well with ear, keep dropping. Sound quality is average, expensive

I did not like these due to the battery life did not last a full 8 hours

Nice variety of colors. Poor sound quality with my iPod. So I returned it!

Sweat will kill this product in a few months. It is not sweat resistant.

If u have small ears I don't recommend them they fall most of the time. not great for working out in busy gyms the noise canceling is not great u can still hear your surrounding an not your music I didn't like them at all and I have a few other headsets that work way better for the same price range

Controls stopped working and tried to exchange at Best Buy but only 15 day warranty, even with receipt. Had to go to Apple store which fortunately was around the corner and they were helpful. Best Buy's 15 day return period is too short and I am disappointed in the Powerbeats2 not working in 3 weeks.

Not very good audio and very uncomfortable fit. I gave up after 1 day.
