They marketed the earphones so well I wanted one expecting great sound quality and great bass but no.. sound just never seems clear and is muffled. Bass was okay. They ended up deciding they weren’t going to work anymore after three months.

The battery on this product stopped charging after 60 days of purchase. When I contacted Apple support, they claimed that the serial # provided on the product is not a valid number. Very disappointed with the product and Apple's lack of support.

I have had the Powerbeats 2 headphones for about a month and change now and they stopped working today. I looked online for reset tips and that doesn't work either. I will be returning to Best Buy this weekend to see if they can be fixed.

After less than 6 months the rubber ear hook opened up exposing a wire. This wire now digs into my ears. Do yourself a favor and buy something that is actually built to last. Looking pretty ghetto in the gym wearing these with wires poking out.

Would not buy again. Fell apart after 25 days of use. Purchased two pair for my wife and I,and they both had the same problem. Took one pair back for repair which takes two weeks, now have to take the other pair back for the same problem.

For as expensive as these were, I’d hoped they would last. They did not. Pieces fell off the earpieces, then they just stopped working altogether. I will never buy Beats products again!

Never would I ever recommend this product or this purchase through Best Buy. Volume button fell apart after less than 10 uses. Then, after 14 days, Best Buy will only send them off, taking 14 more days for a return. Absolutely abysmal.

Was not offered warranty it only had 14 days which I was unaware had to go to Apple store for a repair not replacement and they only lasted 2 weeks after purchase not satisfied

I’ve lost count on how many times my headphones have either stop working or the volume button fell off. I’ve sent them back each time & in return received another defective pair. Will never buy another pair.

I don't if it was my phone or the headphones but I had major issues. I had to keep the in my left pocket. If I turned my head to the right song would stop skipping. Also I wear glasses so they wasn't too comfortable.

Right side does not work for second straight pair. Very difficult to get problem resolved due to return policy and confusion from Apple. Buy them and return them 3 hours later and you're out $150 headphones for 7-10 days.

I haven't even owned it for a year and the ear phones are already loose and doesn't stay on my ears anymore,it always falls off my ears..I expected much more from the brand and for the prize of the product is not worth it

I purchased these headphones for my husband and they broke not even a full month later. Now they're at apple for repair because apparently best buy doesn't exchange after 30 day. Annoying don't buy these headphones!

This item is terrible and your return policy is terrible also. I had this item 1 month and 2 weeks and the headphones cracked. And tried to return it to the store. Shreveport store manager said they could not return it.

It's not of that quality as you would expect from Beats. Headphones feels really cheap and pains in the ear after minutes of listening. You would expect really good sound quality from beats but this one lacks that.

After having my jaybird x3 for two years I bought these to test them out. Sound quality is ok but after 4 months the control panel separated and is not covered under the beats warranty. So went and bought the x3.

These headphones had great bass, fit, build quality, and overall sound quality. I chose these over other headphones because of their ability to get very loud, great bass and sound quality, and they feel durable.

I use my headphones at the gym everyday so I need a pair that lasts. I've gone through many "athletic" headphones and most only last 6 months or so before the sound goes out in one ear or some issue comes up. I was not wanting to spend the extra money for these headphones but they are worth it. The bluetooth connectivity is great (with a huge range of at least 20 feet) and the 6 hours of battery life is also a huge plus. And so far, no issues at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Stopped working after 3 months. We can’t even return it now. Beats is overrated. There are many other offerings by the competition which are way more superior and reliable than this.

Battery doesnt last more then 1hr, ive let it die and recharge fully but still didnt work. I returned for another pair thinking they are defective but 2nd pair did same thing so i just went with other brand.
