Ever since purchasing, I have spend a lot of time and effort using duct tape and super glue trying to hold this thing together. It broke within the first 2 months and J have duct taped every plastic part on it

Had to call customer service and have them replaced after like 3 months because they wouldn't charge. They replaced them no problem, but what happens worn the new ones go out? I wouldn't buy them again.

Pro's - easy to sync with phone and that is it!! Cons - sound quality is average at best, they broke 3 weeks after I bought them with minimal use. I'll never buy anything Beats again. Cheap build quality.

After 29 days of gym use,these well known ear buds simply stopped working. Bestbuy wouldn't has a 15 day return policy and thus weren't very helpful. For such a highly touted product, I expected much more.

I had to take the beats to apple for a service when I should've just gotten a new pair since it's only a month and half ... these head phones are not meant to be used by gym goers who are heavy sweaters

I had three different pair and they all failed. Love the product when it is working but the last pair lasted less than a month. Very disappointing as I doubt I pushed the product with use as much as most.

I bought these because my solo2 were having issues I've had these for about a month or so and they no longer work. Beats by Dre is a horrible product.

something going really bad with this product , can't be connected on my iphone or any other bluetooth device , i will return this product to the store

wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase these, bought them due to them being an apple product.. high expectations for these and was let down! The sound is poor and compared to a $10 pair of earbuds.

Love the convenience of these headphones. The bluetooth pairing is pretty easy. Great battery life. Can get a little annoying when you wear them for long periods (2-3 hours) but also comes with several different earbuds types. Only 2 cons are the cords can be a tad bit longer and I wish they were a tad bit louder. Really love the purchase tho.

For years, I've simply accepted the problems that come with using wired headphones while jogging, or working out. Often I'd get the wire tangled and accidentally yank the headphones off my head, or buds out of my ear. I was so happy to buy my first pair of wireless headphones this year hoping that I wouldn't have to deal with those problems anymore. I'll start of by saying the Beats2 did just that. Being wireless freed my from accidental tangles or pulls, and is simply the way to go for an active lifestyle. Who knew though that it would come at such a premium price. For starters, the Beats2 are comfortable, more so than my previous pair (Jay Birds X), and the ear clip secures the buds to your ear during rigorous activity, especially during jogging. They are light weight, and actually have a cool look (I have the white pair). As far as sound quality, they are par to most headphones I've owned in the past. Keep in mind though that experimenting with the different sized buds are crucial if you want that deep base. If your like me and want some outside sound to get in, I chose a smaller or looser fit. The bass drops off some, but overall the sound is still good. That concludes the pros of this review. My biggest complaint is the audio lag. Wether your watching videos online, or streamed movies, the one second audio lag is very frustrating. The main control button is quirky and never quite sure if I'm pairing or turning the unit on or off. The Jay Bird's controls were so much more precise. The operating range on the Beats2 isn't really that far. I've walked as little as ten feet away and started to hear the music "skip". I commute 4 hrs during the day, so the 6 hrs battery life is barely cutting if for me. I would have liked it at 8 hrs at least. I really expected so much more for a pair of $200 headphones. They sound good, feel good, and stay put….but for $200?? I should have just stayed with my wired set for $30.

The head phones does not charge. I charged them even overnight. The red light turned on and it turned off the next morning i tried them on there was no power I have to return them back to best buy.

Well I had very high hopes for this item. As a huge fan of Lebron I have been wanting to try these out. These are not only overpriced but sound quality is poor. Beats are very overrated. Return

I can't review much about this product. It was bought way in advance of being gifted. Worked once for the person I bought it for and now won't keep a charge. Out of warranty and out of luck.

After a few months of gentle use, they stopped charging and would not turn on. Apple honored it's warranty though. This is my second bad experience with a beats product breaking down.

These beats have no, I should have just bought apple earpods. Best buy doesn't sell a protection plan for these earphones, you only have warranty and I still haven't gotten mine replaced yet.

These heads phones broke within 30 days. They are very uncomfortable in your ears and feel like you're wearing a hearing aid. I own several pairs of beats and by far these are the WORST!!!

These are definitely not good for workouts especially if you expect to sweat. the buttons stopped functioning. I had to exchange them 2 times. third time I just tossed them.

They are horrible and they are totally unreasonable. The sound is garbage and how they stay in your ears is ridiculous. Bought Sony instead and they were cheaper and sounded amazing.

I originally bought the regular Powerbeats in-ear buds but the cord would constantly get tangled so I returned and got these Powerbeats 2 wireless and i've stopped using my other beats headphones. These are great, decent bluetooth range, decent battery, fits comfortably in/around the ear. They also don't fall out or get lose when working out or running. Worth the $200 for sure as it's made my workout much more convenient.
