I love the sound of the beats. Very loud headphones so no need to max out the volume. Comfortable also. The problem is that they do not last long. I am on my fourth set in less than a year. I purchased a replacement warranty from Best Buy so they replaced every set until Apple made the purchase. Now you can only get a warranty through Apple. The last set only lasted a month. Every set just suddenly stopped powering up or not charging. I never used them more than 3 days a week during workouts.Going into the Apple store is a pain in the butt. Definitely quality control issues. I dont see myself buying another set just to wait hours to see a Apple technician for a warranty issue.

I've only had these since Christmas and they do not work any more. They don't charge. I tried resetting them and had no luck. I will go in to the store today and see what happens.

I have had these now for two years and they have been great. I can throw them in my purse and take them with me wherever I go. I am very rough on my stuff and I don't feel like I have to worry about these falling apart. The sound quality is great for listening to music (very loudly sometimes) and podcasts. I have never had trouble with battery life. I also use my Powerbeats2 wireless A LOT to talk on the phone. I have to be careful though because they pick up all the background noise and amplifies it for whoever I am talking to. Running water from a faucet or the slight clanking of dishes is ear shattering, or so I am told. I don't always like to hold the phone to my ear though, so sorry mom, its just something you're going to live with till Beats fixes this sound quality glitch.

Spending anything over $100 should get you quality sound. That was not the case, even after using assorted buds it did not help. Returned on first day. Should've stuck with Bose.

Use it everytime i go to gym, sweat goes to your ears and make u feel uncomfortable. Then it will charge, but it wont turn on after 3 months. I recommend to find something else.

Headphones stop working months after purchase. Submitted a warranty claim got another pair and they stopped working within months.

Do not waste your money. I liked these UNTIL one day they just stopped working, less than 2 months after purchasing. Did not meet expectations. Buy cheaper ones that last longer!

The headset had poor sound quality. Bluetooth keeps getting disconnected from my device. The battery life isn't long enough to last.

I went to return the earphones after 2 weeks. They stopped working. BestBuy would not honor an exchange because it was just over 15 days. I had to get Apple to send me a new pair

Very disappointed in the quality of this product. The sound quality while listening to music is very poor. While using the phone function u get feedback thru the earphones ....

The headphones were a gift for my birthday and I didn't open right away. When I opened and charged them to pair them with my device they never worked. I am very disappointed.

I usually don't spend a lot of money on headphones but after going through several pairs of cheap headphones, I decided to splurge and buy the Powerbeats2 headphones. And I love them! They sound great and are pretty comfortable! I would definitely recommend them for someone looking for some wireless earbuds

I returned these cause they stopped working while I was working out. I ended up buying them for my dad who wanted them only because the name and also has had these problems.

I only had these for a year and did not use them on a regular basis, always put them away in the case when not in use. One of the ear pieces came apart in my ear.

Had read a lot of reviews bashing these headsets. Took advantage of a Best Buy sale and picked up a pair. So far haven't been disappointed. Used them for music, movies, and phone. Have had no major issues and meets the expectation I've had for wireless headphones. Fit is decent, and multiple options on ear pieces. Have had them on during long hours landscaping work in 100 deg heat, and exposed to sweat and so far they have held up. Haven't run with them yet but have used them for working outl and again no major complaints of yet. Will update the review if anything gross occurs over time.

I got these headphones and after only 3 uses they stopped charging and no longer work. I tried contacting Best Buy and I was told there was nothing they could do.

After three charges the battery died... now I plug it to my laptop and it won't charge. Once I unplug the earphones they die immediately... useless piece of junk

Replacement laptop. Original laptop had a defective optg system. Not sure if I ought to have been surprised that it had actually gone out or if this is now the norm.

Hard to find good sound out of this style of headphones. These are the best I have owned by far. I wear these primarily for working out but that may change...the sound is that good. Not the pounding bass you get out of an over the ear headphone but it is very good. Easy to pair with iPhone, controls easy to use and very compact. Comes with small case for traveling. NICE!

I had to have them repaired 4 times in 6 months. They did not hold up to sweat from 30 min runs. I would not recommend for anyone who does cardiovascular training
