I bought these for the girlfriend's bday, no complaints, just one time they stopped working, there was no response on the volume and they even won't turned off. A little bit of research on the web and apparently once and a while this happens to the headphones and you need to reset them...

Best Buy currently has the Powerbeats 2 on sale for $179. I bought a pair and love them. I have read some reviews after buying them and do not understand why some people are having problems. One negative review was the range of the Powerbeats, I tested the range in my home which is three stories tall I left my iPhone on the 1st and went to the third floor and the Powerbeats stayed connected to my iPhone and work great. I have had no problems with my Powerbeats and highly recommend them.

Overall I like the sound and function of the product. I liked the sound and the fit. However, the product description led me to believe that I should expect about 6 hours of play from a charge. I could have lived with 3. I get about 70 minutes. Not good enough.

I purchased these as a gift for morning jogs. They stay on comfortably and manage a good balance of great sound and not closing you completely off from the world around.

The best wireless headphones I have used! Comfortable geat batter life, nice look, and overall great sound! The Only thing I would change is the position of the mic... Definitely recommended

Bought these for my husbands birthday. It has only been two weeks so far and he is loving them. I listened myself and was impressed on how clear the sound was and it had a good bass to it.

Loved the product for the first two weeks until the volume control stopped working and then the volume assembly fell apart. According to 2 Best Buys employees, they see this frequently. Why would Best Buy continue to sell a product that knowingly has a high defective rate continue to keep selling the same product? Especially when after 14 days they wash their hands of it and you are left to the manufacturer. Best Buy, your suppose to look out for my interest.... remember me the consumer.

I can hear so clear. They actually stay in my ear, I'm always going threw earphones trying to find the right one. I have a friend that has some and they have lasted over a year so far!

I was very impressed with the simplicity of use, solid sound, and impressive build quality. I use V-moda M-100 headphones for connected quality listening. However, on the move the wireless Powerboat 2s are great. I first bought Jaybird Bluebud Xs, but I returned them. Sound was also great, but I simply hated trying to get a comfortable fit...I gave up and bought Powerbeats 2. For there casual and easy use they are PERFECTION. They link flawlessly to my iPhone.

Got the product on sales and hasn't disappointed. They stay in the ear while working out and have great sounds quality even in loud crowded fitness areas.

These by far are the greatest all purpose headphones I've purchased. Jay Bird, Motorola, Samsung cannot compare to these. Durable, Sweatproof, sound are all way above the others.

I bought these because they were on sale and based on reviews. Works flawlessly with iPhone 7, which has no separate headphone jack. Sound is great and they are comfortable.

I purchased these headphones last week after my earbuds went out. They are a decent set of headphones with great sound quality which they should have for $200. After purchasing them I have discovered that they are not ideal for using underneath my helmet as earbuds may have been a better option these are a little bulky and tend to get stuck when taking my helmet off. Overall good product just would not recomend if u plan on using them while riding a motorcycle.

These headphones are perfect for working out or running. They do not interfere with anything during these activities. Very comfortable to wear over the ear and have great sound.

I have had the blue buds x for about a year and had to swap them out 3 times because while they work great, they happen to just die or malfunction after a few months. I purchase the protection plan and they get swapped out not questions asked. The last time they died I decided to try and upgrade to the power beats 2 thinking hey they cost more, they have a nice ear clip design great for working out and LBJ wears them. The crew at best buy was great and price matched the beats to the blue buds I had saved $50 I though I was winning. Then I was told that Best Buy does not offer the 2yr service plan... to me this was shocking. A $200 pair of headphones and I assume the risks... I figured id give them a shot for a few days. First use was at the gym, phone in my pocked. They worked okay minor signal issues but the real issue was none of the buds would snug into your ears and that gets annoying, they do not seal up and sound airy. my second use was while I was mowing the lawn. I always hated how wired buds get in the way while doing yard work. Walking with the phone in my pocked reception via blue tooth was constant issue. There was not a 1 minute period in 45 minutes of mowing where they did not lose reception. These things have zero distance capability. My blue buds I could go to 4 court basketball gym leave my phone zipped in my backpack and run all over and never lose signal. After much frustration I read review on this site and the apple beats site that says it all!!! they are awful quality, have subpar sound because the buds don't fit into your ear and reception is about 2 feet you need to use an arm band around your head to get a constant signal. Read the review people DO NOT BUY. I'm back to the blue buds x and love them and hey I have the protection plan so no worries just hope they have a new version coming soon! Beats = Fail Best Buy should not even carry this product total garbage.

Once I got these earphones, I loved them! Great sound, great bass, and great connectivity all in the convenience of not dealing with wires! I really like the fast charge time.
