After reviewing several products it seemed that this was the best option. They only downfall is that Best Buy does not have a contract to "take back" the product if something goes wrong. When we did have to exchange it once it was a pain to go through the company and not Best Buy. Overall the product is great quality, easy to use and stay in place too.

i was a little worried about getting white because i thought that other colors will rub off on them, but they're still in really good condition after 2 months!

Was in the market for workout headphones. A couple of buddies at the gym recommended these for the great sound and light weight form factor. Currently using the LG Tone HBS-910 which I have no complaints about whatsoever until attempting squats on leg day. The bar tends to make the the LG's raise up while squatting. Nothing too bad but you will need to readjust them after each set. Fast forward to this week. Purchased the powerbeats on Wednesday, charged them up and synced them to my GN4 and headed straight to the gym. The bass was spot on. Not too overbearing but definitely deeper than my tones and I honestly thought these were definitely a good investment, all they way until the next morning. Powered the powerbeats on and nothing happened, only the light flashed which a assume means pairing mode however no device could connect or detect them. Tried connecting my ipad, galaxy S6, and GN4, as well as my iPhone 5S. Neither device could see the powerbeats in the list of available bluetooth devices. Followed the instructions to factory reset the headphones which actually worked and allowed all devices to connect. Used them most of the day Thursday until the battery died. I charged them again to a full charge and had the same problem as before. None of my devices was able to detect the powerbeats2 for the 2nd day in a row. This time, not even factory resetting the headphones could resolve the pairing issue. I'm pretty there was a pairing issue out of the box, however at this price point I had higher expectations. Returned them to best buy on Saturday of the same week. Sticking with the LG Tones.

Two stars only because I like the way they fit. Sound quality is horrible, definitely not what I expected from a Beats product, but then again Apple owns them now so I guess this is what I can expect in the future. Bluetooth range is ridiculously short, even with a full charge.

The $200 powerbeats2 are well built, good sounding earphones that feel great when put on...extremely light and comfortable. Unfortunately, as the title suggests, there is a 2 second lag in audio while watching a video. I tried these with an iPhone 6 and iPad air, both updated to iOS 8.1.1. I also tried 2 other brands, one costing half the price, that did NOT exhibit any lag whatsoever. Of course a 2 second lag while listening to music is not a big deal but is extremely annoying when trying to watch a movie or a YouTube video. In response to my email, beats customer service says they are looking into the lag issue but do not have any specifics if or when a fix will be available. What a shame! I was so excited to finally get my hands on this product, but now I'm just as disappointed! Returned!

I bought this item last year for my son for Christmas. He is a college student living in the dorms and I felt this would be something cool -- and useful -- for him. He loves it. I just bought another one for my husband for Father's Day and he loves his too. In fact, he said it was his favorite gift this year, and he got many awesome things! Now I need to buy one for me!

The battery last long time, but if you have a galaxy phone and you want this Headphones for it I wouldn't recommend it, the volume is super low when paired to a galaxy phone, also I don't know if is me but the left side hurts my ear I have to leave it a little loose on that side.

Bought my first pair Before Christmas of 2015 they lasted for a little over two months and just stopped working. Apple replaced them, they lasted 5 months and now they've stopped working and the volume control piece broke off. I don't even use it, I keep it set in one place. just absolute piece of junk for over $150 so I've been searching, not even on Best Buy cuz their service isn't so good either and they weren't helpful at all, on Amazon with different price points. theyre just for the gym I don't need Best quality, just to sound decent, stay put and pair easily. but I just think that in this price range there are definitely better products out there. shame I've had 3 pr Ur Beats and loved them always thought it was a great product. it seems that since Apple bought them they're just making really cr***y roducts.
