I purchased my wireless powerbeats on Black Friday for $100 thinking I got a great deal. 5 weeks later it stops charging so I return for a new pair and I find out that best buy does not offer extended warranties on beats anymore. For that reason, I decided to just get my money back.

bought this pair in november by febuary no charge looked up trouble shooting on the web to find out there are alot of people with the same problem ... buyer beware

I got this for my wife and my daughter uses them all the time. Both of them like them. My wife even uses them sometimes for her conference calls.

I purchased TWO pairs of these headphones on 12/24/16. By 01/20/17 BOTH pairs were broken. One pair the volume button stopped working. The second pair the part where the wires go literally Brooke off in my hand. The sound is no where as loud as the reviews stated. I read just about every review good and bad. Best Buy REFUSED to accept either pair for a return because they did not offer me the extended warranty. This is such beep ! Not even a full month?! I am an avid gym member and runner. The headphones are nice and sleek they do stay charged for awhile. However if I want to get these headphones fixed or replaced I have to contact the manufacturer. Nothing like waiting months for something that I may or may not receive and have no headphones in the meantime. Needless to say I will be paying off my Best Buy credit card and closing it out. Sorry beep customer service. What a joke. Do not waste your time !

i recently purchased my second pair of these headphones from Best Buy. My first pair lasted about 14 months before they stopped working. Bought a second pair, stopped working after 17 days. Unfortunately i chose to go to customer service at Best Buy and was told they wouldn't exchange them because it was more than 14 days afterward. After waiting through the customer service line, then was told to wait in GEEK Squad line. After waiting at Geek Squad Line, they verified that they did not work and they told me I was out of luck because I didn't buy the extra warranty from Best Buy on already $139 headphones. I was told they could fill out paperwork and maybe send them back to Apple, but that was a lot of work, and told me to go the Apple Store to see if they could do something for me. This experience was infuriating and will not return to Best Buy. These headphones are also not reliable, as this is my second pair inside of 15 months and both had same issue.

Brought these beats for my boyfriend for Father's Day. He doesn't like the buds cause they fall out his hear, but so far he is liking these.

Issues with volume buttons, & bluetooth connection

Literally, after a 1 yr and a few days the Dre power beats-2 cable (red cable) started to come apart, the headset was still working so I didn't make much of it. After 1yr and 6 months, my Dre power beats-2 volume button came apart. I called Dre Beats customer service (now owned by apple) they offered to replace my headset for $99. I don't believe I should have to pay for the poor choices that the manufacturer made. These Headsets are overpriced, the quality of the materials are cheap. If you do not want to pay extra for geek squad protection plan, I recommend you choose another brand. Dre Beats customer service will not help you, they will try to make more money by offering to replace the defective product for half the price. I haven't been able to find on the internet a recall or a lawsuit. If anyone has more information about this defective product, please feel free to share.

I bought these as Christmas gifts. The person loved them. They love the beats products and the one that they sound.

These headphones do not last if you seriously use them as a runner. I purchased these in Oct and they stopped working 8 months later. They will not replace even though i purchased a replacement plan b/c they have to ship for "repairs" so will be without headphones for 2 weeks. They do not even stay in they slip out when running. I will never purchase beats anything and so will everyone else i know.

Absolutely terrible product. Only lasted 11 months. Ear stem popped out along with the control volume falling apart. Please all of you giving reviews outta the box please wait and see how they perform at a longer duration. Giving them 4 or 5 stars when you haven't seen how they perform in a longer study is idiotic ...

Within 2 weeks of purchase they no longer took a charge. I contacted Beats, now Apple, customer support and not only was I disconnected twice (they said they were experiancing software problems), I was lied to. So, not only is the product quality questionable, the customer service is terrible. Avoid like the plague. haha, I bet they had better earbuds than these POC in the 14th century!

Volume to low, no bass. Rip off get skully candy 2 cheaper , sounds much better

These headphones are great! They stay in while running or working out and I don't have to worry about the cord getting in the way

great and easy to use ear buds. Works out great as to that you can put the cable behind your head and it is not in the way

Bought these as a gift for my daughter and she loved them

I bought these as christmas gifts. The recipient loves Beats products, so they really loved this gift.

They have the sound of a $10 set of headphones! Great concept but bad execution! They SOUND CHEAP and fit like a cheap set. I have 2 sets of bose in-ear headphones they have an amazing sound and fit! I wanted wireless, so I went this direction. They are overpriced by $190 in my opinion. I'll be returning them and wait for bose to come out with bluetooth. Don't waste your money.

1st pair returned after 1st workout. 2nd pair died after 10 workouts. Both damaged by sweat. Went to exchange for a 3rd and final but best buy said if I buy another beats product they will not sell me a protection plan. Employee stated best buy will no longer offer protection plan for any beats product because they are loosing money. Sad. Did Apple buy a lemon or create one.
