The concept of having a wireless headset is wonderful, but for the price one would expect it to work much better. When watching a movie the sound lags behind the video and is quite annoying. Mine were returned as soon as I could get to Best Buy.

Do not buy. The only have a one year warranty from Apple. They don't charge after a while had mine replaced twice Same thing happened again....blinking red light won't take charge.

I returned these. Price is not worth it. I have a $30 pair of MPOW wireless headphones that are just the same. I couldn't tell any difference in sound or quality. Also I could still hear everyone around me when watching a movie.

I purchased this headphones 3 days ago, I used it to work out, the sound quality is really poor, not what I was expecting since they cost $200, when I jog the sound cuts off a lot... I am on may way to return this to the store

do yourself a big favor, wait until technology catches up. great sound has not made it to the in-ear headphones world! these are just so disappointing. not worth $200 at all. just stay connected for a little while longer...

I am always leery of a product that Best Buy refuses to warranty. Especially with a $200 price tag . If this project still alive in one year I will raise my rating or if Best Buy decides to offer a warranty on it.

$200 for a $5 dollar product. It breaks, its stops working, it doesn't charge. I have had 2 of these in the last year. Skip beats they are not durable at all.

I purchased these headphones in January of 2015, in August 2015 the earpiece broke at the seal to the rest of the earpiece and was only held together by a wire. After calling the customer service support for beats and emailing pictures of the product, they agreed that the seal should not have broken like it did and replaced the headphones free of charge. What I was neglected to be told was that despite receiving a new product, the warranty was still only 1 year after the original purchase date, NOT from the time I received the replacement. It is now July, not even a full year after, and the replacement pair of headphones broke in the exact same way. I only wear these headphones to the gym for 1 hour/day and they are well taken care of and stored properly. After calling customer support the second time they informed me that per policy they could not replace the headphones as it was past the 1 year warranty from my original purchase and my only option was to purchase the headphones for 50% retail price for out of warranty replacement ($100) and then pay for the shipping ($7). The customer support agent told me directly that since acquiring Beats, Apple is making improvements to manufacturing to reduce known manufacturing defects like this one so hopefully my next pair won't break. This is unacceptable for a company who claims to make quality products at such high prices to charge customers for known manufacturing problems and to hide behind a terrible 'Warranty Policy'. The headphones aren't made to last a year and I won't be wasting another $100 to replace them when I can get a different product that sounds just as good but has a better warranty and higher quality.

They have great sound but the reception and material quality is bad. I've had to super glue pieces back on. Not worth the money.

Bought these June 18th. Lost receipt- dead $200 earbuds. BB won't do anything without the receipt, neither will Apple. Stay away !!
