These are just ok. Just so so on comfortable, at first it pairs easy, then it becomes a chore.

I bought these a few months ago for $150 and within two weeks the buttons for volume control stopped working! A week later they won't turn on! So 3 weeks of use and you'll be going through the warranty process! For the price I expected a much more dependable product.

    Sound like s**t and uncomfortable

I was talked into buying these by the salesman at your store. I need some bluetooth headphones that I could wear for 6 hours a day that wont make my ears sweat and they had to be bluetooth. I have some Photive bth3s (~$35) that sound decent (7/10) and are comfortable but they make my ears sweat. I described my situation to the Best Buy salesman and he convinced me that these would be more comfortable, sound better and not make my ears sweat. I tried them for a few days. They sound like s**t (3/10) and are VERY hard to put on and are uncomfortable. I would not recommend these to anyone when my $35 Photives blow these away. I am now using the Sony Wireless Earbuds (just like these) but they sound WAY better and are easier to put on and not uncomfortable (not comfortable either but manageable) and those are only $99. Anyone thinking about buying these should save the $40 and go get the Sonys instead.

    No Bass!

Maybe it was just my bad luck, but the pair I purchased had NO low end. They sounded great on highs & mids - and they fit fairly well. I would have kept them if they actually sounded decent. I returned them 2 days later, will purchase the wireless Bose next.

I really enjoyed the beats until the power button stopped working after 15 months. They will charge but not power on. After speaking with beats support they were out of warranty and offered me a high price for a very reduced warranty replacement. No Thanks. These were really expensive and should be built to last

.... terrible quality for the price

A few factors that are important to me in headphones: sound balance, clarity, comfort. These are WORSE than any of the headphones I have had, and I don't stinge on headphones. These are about on par with a pair of $20 Skullcandy Earbuds. First, if you have small ears - don't buy them, they're clunky and large and are painful for small ears. Second, if you are picky about sound quality - DO NOT BUY THEM. Third, if you expect sound to be tuned out - don't buy them. Fourth, they are SO cheaply made, it's unbelieveable. These must have costed about $3 to make, and now it is certain that the ONLY reason why the are popular is hype. You could get insanely great headphones for this price. I'm happy I tried them out, because I will not be considering them again. Heard the studio ones are pretty nice though.

This is the worst pair of workout headphone ever!!

I purchased these headphones on June 4 from Best Buy to use during my outdoors runs. The first pair lasted a few weeks before they died. Since it was past 14 days Best Buy wouldn't take them back so I contacted the manufacturer who replaced them on July 15. The second pair only lasted a few weeks, as it is now August 3 and I have contacted the manufacturer as the second pair broke as well. So now I am waiting for my third pair in the mail. The manufacturer said my only option was to keep replacing the headphones every few weeks as a refund is not an option. So they will keep replacing them for free until the warranty runs out. At which point I will go back to Ironman headphones which worked much better for me as a runner with no issues. I'm sorry I ever purchased these headphones, please don't make the same mistake I did.

I purchased these headphones so that I could walk around the lake while listening to law school lectures in order to prepare for the California State Bar exam. They are amazing and I am so happy that I have made such a fine purchase.

Ipod earbuds sound and fit better

Was excited about going wireless, but in a side by side test these did not sound as good as the earbuds that came free with my iPod. Plus they pop out my your ears -- tried all adapters. Wish someone could create a simple wireless earbud as good as the wired ones that come free with phone/player.

Don't buy, the cheap plastic is not covered

Bought two sets and they both broke within a week of each other. One of the ears bud separated, plastic cracked, and was dangling. That happened simply from putting in and taking out. Indoors only. The other the volume controller fell apart. I never used it so I guess it was just from swinging while riding the stationary bike. Not covered under warranty, not true for all other vendors. Buy Another Brand! Waste of money.

    3rd pair in 7 months!

First pair was bought at Christmas time (2015) and they lasted 5 months before buttons stopped working (no volume control or ability to pause/skip songs). Then those were sent in via Geek Squad to Apple and i bought a 2nd pair. The 1st set was returned (broken) and thankfully a Best Buy mgr exchanged the broken pair for the 3rd pair and i returned the 2nd pair. The new set lasted two months. Buttons stopped working again and housing actually broke off. Returned to Apple again but in the meantime I'll be searching for a new product to use. Never buy powerbeats again.

    Terrible Product

I bought two pairs of these in December 2015. I have had to exchange them 5 times now. The battery will die and will not recharge. Apple support tries to walk you through resetting them, but it does nothing. Then they send you a box to return them in and within a couple of days you get refurbished ones. Same routine. I just got two replacement sets AGAIN. It took one week before they were dead again and not able to be recharged. I have begged for my money back and have been denied. I will never ever buy a beats product again. So disappointing.

    Broken

I bought my head phones a year and a half ago, they broke after 6-8 months. The volume adjuster face plate fell off. Apple replaced them with minimal issue. The new ones broke again just the other week, this time the bud part of the head phone broke off from the rest of the unit. Apple reused to do anything except have me send them in for repair (My cost $105) I told them that was no acceptable I would just never buy beats again. I buy plenty of apple products and love them (Mac book pro, iPhone, Etc). But not the Beats I will never buy them again.

Don't waste your money... I bought one a year ago and just received my third or fourth replacement yesterday. And yes, I loss count. I could find all the support case Id if anyone is interested. Apple support could never provide any repair or diagnostic report other than just replaced with a refurbished unit. I used the unit only in weekend, the last unit worked the weekend before last and just won't power up last weekend. I thought it was the battery so charge it for a day and it is still red. Never recommend even the powerbeat3
