    Garbage

I bought these when I bought my new IPhone and had nothing but issues with them. The sound constantly cut out on me and the battery life was not that great. At one point the cut out 42 times while I was listening to one four minute song... this is the point where I sent them in and got a new pair. The new pair also cut out. I eventually ended up getting my money back and I will never waste my money on beats again. They were also really uncomfortable to wear and hurt my ears (personal preference.) The sound quality was not worth the huge price tag in my opinion and my ten dollar head phones had more sound canceling than these.

For the poor reviewers that think these sound good, let me recommend the Beats Tour. Those sound good. I'm a musician, audiophile and use in-ear monitors so I may have high standards but these have poor sound .. no doubt. ... and Yes, I tried all the earbuds. I think they designed then to stand off you ear so you can talk to someone while listening or something. Sum it up: They have poor battery life. Their sound is not a good as their competitors, they have a playback delay... They are uncomfortable wrapping around you ear.. Well, at least they are twice the price of their better sounding competitor. Wow... What a miss. They will be flying back on the shelf today.

    Overpriced

Maybe it's just me, but I thought these headphones were overpriced. Didn't think the sound quality was very good, nor did they fit my ears properly. Overall, for the price I think there are better headphones out there.

High priced junk... but they sure do look cool

Don't throw your money away! Despite handling with care, these earbud headphones simply stopped working after 7 months. I was provided a replacement pair since they were still under warranty. However, the replacement pair lasted only 10 months before they also stopped working. One year warranty is based on original purchase date so no replacement for the replacement. These things clearly are not meant to last more than a year, which is highway robbery considering the price tag!!!

    Very Poor!!! Lasted 4 months!!

I bought these in October 2nd 2016 and by February 20th 2017 they quite working and would not charge. Best Buy sent them back for me as they were under a warranty. However I was told they had water damage. I do not run outside, I always work out in a gym and do not sweat too much. Even if I did they claim to be sweat proof. NOT SWEAT proof. Best Buy is horrible and claims I'm out of luck. But would I like to buy another pair. Seriously, I'm not giving you any more of my money now or ever. DO NOT BUY-TOO MUCH MONEY TO ONLY LAST A FEW MONTHS!! BEST BUY WAS NO HELP EITHER.

Worst pair of headphones I've ever owned.

I just got off the phone with Apple support who have promised to send me a 4th pair of powerbeats2. The first pair I bought at Best Buy would only hold a charge for an hour. The next pair was a replacement sent from Apple support that wouldn't charge at all. The third pair I received yesterday from Apple support. They charge but won't turn on long enough to pair. Now they're sending me a "brand new" pair, even though they assured me that both replacement pairs were also brand new. At this point, I've wasted more time in support chats and phone calls than the $199 purchase price was.

One more reason never to shop at Best Buy!!!!!!!

I purchased a pair of Beats headphones form Best Buy and they didn't work. Since it was 15 days after the purchase, I was unable to exchange them or return them at Best Buy due to the Best Buy/Apple joint policy. I was forced to go to an Apple Store to have them sent in and repaired. I will never buy an Apple product from Best Buy again - I'm now going to be stuck with a pair of refurbished headphones that Apple agreed to fix and I am unable to return them to But Buy for credit or to get a new pair of headphones which is what I paid for originally. On 3rd pair in 30 days

1st pair quit working after 3 weeks (wouldn't power on anymore). 2nd pair broke after 3 days (volume controls weren't working). Waiting for 3rd pair. Really nice when they work. Really expensive for continuing to break. Glad I have extended warranty but still doesn't make up for the frustration and hassle. Plus not crazy about having to re-buy extended warranty each time these break...

    BEAT? More like Taps!

I finally purchased a pair of these headphones and was extremely disappointed. They did not fit that great and the material seemed way too inferior for the amount of money you pay for these headphones. The sound was no better than my OEM Samsung headphones that came with my S7 Edge. Carried them back the next day and exchanged for the Bose Soundsport and all I can say is WOW! Bose beats Beats any day. Not even a comparison, night and day difference. If you are going to spend over a $100 buck on headphones, go with Bose.

Between my son and me, we've purchased 5 of these and within a year, each pair had an issue with the "bud" separating from the rest of the earpiece, leaving exposed wires. 3 times Best Buy exchanged them for me...the other two times saying I had to go directly to Apple. Well, finally I bought a small tube of Krazy Glue and repaired the buds/earpiece. Shame on me for continuing to purchase these...shame on you for buying these after reading this review.

Didn't sound as good as I thought and fell out of my ear no matter what size I used. For home maybe but for high intensity workouts I don't like em

Went to Best Buy to purchase the Klipsch R6BT wireless earbuds because my first pair were stolen, only to find out that they are no longer available through Best Buy... These were highly recommended by the in store associate with the "best knowledge" in headphones... I wouldn't pay $1.00 for them and will be returning them as soon as possible and order the Klipsch R6BT wireless earbuds from a different retailer... Absolutely the worst purchase ever!!!

    not what i expected

for the money they are not what i expected. as i worked out the ear buds kept coming off, i tried one size smaller ear bud but i still had the same problem. Also, for some odd reason the cable would hang more on one side then the other so when i would turn my head, the ear piece would almost pulled out. Definitely not what i expected. I think my skull candy ink'd headphones sounded better, fit better and were $15...

Had PowerBeats for 10 months and the ear piece broke off. Contacted Apple Support and they would do absolutely nothing to stand by their product. Beats were never abused in any way and it fell apart. Really hard to believe Apple Support would not stand by their product but it was a miserable experience trying to discuss the issue with them. A lot of money to spend on a product the manufacturer will not stand behind

Incredible, video/sound delay of 2 seconds on my IPad Air/IPhone 6 plus. I am disappointed of Apple, can't believe they have this kind of huge defect and not doing ANYTHING to solve it.

I purchased these and paired it to my iPhone 6s Plus. After about 2 months I kept losing the BT connection. I checked for any updates and only charged when close to completely dying. I still had the same problem. I contacted BestBuy and they pretty much told me to contact the manufacturer. These headphones are just an overpriced name. Next pair I'll do an online research and make a better purchase.

I purchased a pair of Powerbeats and they lasted two months. I took them back to Best Buy and they said I had to go through Apple. Apple has had to replace them twice, which means I'm on my third pair, and these have quit working. VERY disappointed in these...and they keep selling them. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT...you will not be happy. Wish someone had told me before I wasted $200.00.
