    Over priced and overrated

I've had two pairs and they have both broke in the exact same spot. I use these for working out and always took great care of them. Didn't own either pair for very long before they both snapped on the right ear piece and was just hanging by a wire. Simply going to put them on and it literally just fell apart. Wouldn't recommend these to anyone. Bose headphones is the way to go.

The headphones did not have the best sound quality, but it wasn't the worst. They were also a bit hard to put on.

    Worst headphones and service ever

These are the worst wireless headphones I have ever used. I purchased them in June 2016, and have had to replace them 4 times. After 2 months they shut off and will not power back on. Customer service will not do anything for you after you have purchased them except for giving you the exact same model to break again. I will never buy another product from Beats again

Bought 2 one for myself & husband and both had problems within less than a year. One side of the earphones went out on both items bought. Would not purchase again & was very difficult to get it fixed or replaced under warranty. Not worth $200+.

    Very disappointed

Got these to use for the gym. Only used a handful of times with no issues until today. The play/pause button doesn't work right and increases the volume. The volume decrease button does not work either. Got on 9/7, broken 9/30! Apple care will mail me a prepaid box to send in for repair/replacement. Good customer service with Apple, but will not recommend.

    DO NOT PURCHASE

First off let me say I am a fan of DRE BEATS... But these wireless phones have been nothing but a pain in the butt. I have had to return these wireless BEATS to Apple twice now! Once for not turning on and now for not holding a charge. Think twice before purchasing because if you work out and like earbuds that work well, these are not them!

Two pairs - neither lasted 4 months

I had a pair that quit working and was replaced by Best Buy (lasted less than 60 days). The replacement pair lasted less than 4 months before it stopped working. I've tried to reset, but it won't reset and there is no indication it is taking a charge. Very poor performance for such expensive (and overhyped) headphones.

Sound lags while playing games and watching videos. I wouldn't suggest this to a gamer or movie watcher. I bought them yesterday and I'm returning them tonight. I'll stick to repurchasing my Wireless Studio beats by Dre

    Not worth the money

I have a ton of apple products and recently bought the wireless beats. They do not work. At all. You can hear music but you can't change the song or increase/decrease the volume. I'm pretty techy and I've tried every trouble shooting article. Nothing worked. Not even the reset options. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They sound terrible on my galaxy s6

I'm really disappointed at the fact that these headphones cost about $200, and they sound terrible on my phone. They are extremely low. If you have a Samsung galaxy phone save your money. I don't care who owns beats now.. for 200 they should work with any phone.

    Sound "cuts out"

The sound kept "cutting out" first time I tried them while walking (which is why I bought them). Which makes them useless. Used them on my Motorola Pure Edition. Going to return them, ASAP.

Beats claim these are sweat and water proof. I have had these for a couple weeks and now they have fell apart due to sweat. I am a bodybuilder so I put these through a lot of sweat. They do not hold up in these conditions as they say.

2 weeks in the part that wraps around your ear starting coming apart. At about two months the buttons stopped working making them useless. They never sounded great to begin with. Do yourself a favor and purchase lg tones.

I accidentally drop it on the floor one day and now the sound on the right side is not working. The volume on the right side became very low. I will not recommend this over expensive product to anyone I know.

These earphones are a tremendous waste of money. I purchased them one week ago, wore them twice and they have already stopped working. I have read online that this is a common occurrence with these. STAY AWAY.

    Worst Quality

The only reason this product did so well in sales is due to good marketing. Not only is is manufactured by cheap products, but also has the worst audio quality. Returned and went back to my Bose.
