I have tried resetting them and all of the troubleshooting procedures on the Beats website. They simply just don't work anymore. Unfortunately while my friend was house sitting for me they cleaned and accidentally threw away the receipt and now I am stuck with them. When they worked they were awesome except the always pulled to the left side and would cut out occasionally.
