Disappointed

You are not able to return to best for after 14 days. Had to go to a Apple Store for warranty. Apple was nice about it and exchanged for a new set. Can't understand why a retailer would send you to another retailer when you bought the product at there store. I will make all my apple purchases at Apple Store for now on.

Stopped working after 2 days

Then the volume controls were not working. Volume up would turn it down then I would have to turn it off to get the sound back on.
