While these headphones are ok, they are not as comfortable as others I have worn. They do not sit in the ear well, and I have had them slide out of my ear on occasion.

For the price that I paid for these headphones I really expected them to drown out the people at the gym that were talking loudly. Nope I can still hear them.

After 1 workout product is not charging. I don’t know what to do now I only jave it for 5 weeks and now cannot use it. Is there a way to return and exchange?

My daughter surprised me with these. So comfortable and great sound quality!

I really wanted these for workout purposes but they are incredibly uncomfortable and the sounds is almost like an echo. I purchased the Beats X and absolutely love them

One word. Horrible. I had this since 2017 and it is now 2019. The device is completely dead. And I have not really used it. The earphones will no longer take a charge or start up because obviously it won't charge anymore. My advice. DO NOT BUY. But while it was working those few times I used it, the sound quality was not bad. But for this price this should not happen.

Bought these thing they would be wonderful but I was wrong. The cause painful spots on my ears. Not able to return them and beats won’t help. Save your money.

I had a high expectation on this and was disappointed because it broke less than a month. Thank God that they had a good customer service and they sent me a new one.

Poor volume, not very sweat resistant. I workout often and for the price, I expected a lot better. Not recommended!!

I bought it due to it being 100 dollars off and the AirPods seemed expensive at the time. I needed it primarily for the gym but the music quality is horrible, the plastic cable binding the two earbuds is annoying especially when you wear a jacket scarf or another accessory around your neck. It gets in the way. But the main reason i returned it was how bad the music quality was.

I have been very happy with their use during workouts and bicycle ride. My problem is with wind while cycling. Especially if someone calls.

Sometimes it will stop working in the middle of my run forcing me to go without music for the rest of the race or stopping during training to get the music to restart.

Didn't last a month! Actually died before I even got my statement from Best Buy. Third one I've owned but certainly my last kept going back giving them a chance because when they work they are good but very limited life. The best one I've had so far was one I purchased refurbished and it lasted almost year.

I would say that these headphones work pretty good but have a terrible user interface with Siri. Also they are not wireless charging.

The sound quality wasn't at all what I expected. Also, the volume is not loud. Not much bass

This current model does not seem to fit as fluidly around the ears & sound is not as good as previous model. Easier syncing with new apple products.

The head phones doesn’t play loud enough. Also hurt my ears after using them for a short period of time.

This is the second time I have purchased this product and I’m both times the ear loop has broken. Apple will not honor warranty

They are wireless headphones, i get about 2-3 hours listening time. They stopped charging, a month after purchase. Took them in to best buy and got a replacement.

My headphones one day decided to stop sounding on one of the earpieces. not a very durable item even though it's advertised as an "active" product.
