Not what I expected

The thing that surrounds the ear was too big for my ears. I didn’t like that they cannot be adjusted. The material is very hard and ended up with soreness in my ears.

Even the third pair died!! Beware

Second and third both stopped charging all together. They sound great when they work. My Powerbeats 2 were more reliable. Love my wired profession studio Beats but very disappointed with these.

Decent, not great

My problem is with how they sit in/on the ear. Would be nice if they fit better inside the ear. Because this, I cannot get very immersive with my music. For what they cost, I would consider others.

Unusable microphone

It picks up a ton of background noise and even picks up the noise from the ear buds creating an echo experienced by whoever I'm talking to. Also if you try to adjust the volume buttons, end a call or just move the cord you will touch the microphone and create a screech deafening who ever you are taking to. Another issue I had was that it turns off in cold weather. Wearing a hat over it helps but in Minnesota it is annoying that it turns off in temperature around 30 degrees where you might not need a hat.
