LOVE my corded beats and thought I'd try the cordless. They don't fit well in my ear. Tried all sizes. The plastic over ear piece prevented a better fit. Sound quality suffered tremendously. Kept them for 2 days and returned them for refund. I'll stick with corded for now.

I like the idea and design of the Powerbeats, but they just don't work that well. Sometimes you can't even get them to respond, and the battery life gets pretty week after a few uses. I've had several pairs over the last few years and none has lasted more than 6 months.

I like the Beats but expected a little more from 3rd gen.

The headset was named mom's Powerbeats under Bluetooth, which indicated they were used. Then I noticed the right speaker blown..I owned Powerbeats2 and loved them. With these I wanted the extra hours of power use...

The other colors work fine but this black one would always disconnected I had some blue one and never had issues with them I don't know maybe they where already damaged just don't get the black one get the other colors

It works ok not as I expected but I can live with it.

For some reason I didn’t like the sound quality. It may be because I’m used to the apple headphones but I also have the beats solo 3 and they sound good so I’m not sure what it is but the sound quality was off so I returned them.

I am not happy with the sound quality. Even when turned all the way up, it is not very good. There is hardly any Bass and the Bluetooth reception area isn't very big. I have another pair of Bluetooth headphones from Plantronics that blow this pair away.

This is my third pair. Yes, I bought the exact same headphones 3 times...like an idiot! All three pairs broke. The black piece that wraps around the ear broke off on every pair. The first time I thought nothing of it because It’s detachable right??? Wrong, it just broke off. 2nd pair, I thought maybe I was too rough or bent it around my ear too tight. Now, I ha e the third pair and have been VERY careful. Didn’t matter, same thing. They broke. Very expensive head phones for how cheap the quality. Good Buy Apple products. And of course, Best Buy offers NOTHING! I’ve not been allowed to return or exchange any of the three pair. I’m done.

the product is very uncomfortable. Stays on good but digs into ears and doesn't quite fit in ear canal which results in tinny sound. Very disappointed. All hype. I've listened to much better ear buds at lower prices.

Too quiet. Doesn't play very loud and can hear noise.

I bought these earbuds because Beats was once a quality company. They make great Bluetooth speakers. Unfortunately, they are not good at making wireless earbuds. They are not sweat resistant. They are advertised as great for working out. Not true. False. Completely False. If you sweat on them they will die. Apple knows the problems. Apple should stop selling them. Steve Jobs is rolling over in his grave. He would never sell a product this poor. On the other hand Best Buy should stop selling them also. I will be returning them tomorrow. They lasted less than 30 days.

These are great for workouts but mine were defective.

The Powerbeats stopped working just two months after purchase. It stopped charging. Did some research and turns out it's a common problem across the board. You can replace them but, according to others, it will happen again. Apparently it's a manufacturing defect that has not been corrected on new models or on replacements. I've also had hardware problems with other Apple products such as a MacBook Pro and 3 different iPhone 6 and 6s and their replacements. Beware.

It just stopped working right now. I was jogging and it was at 88% when I started jogging, 30 minutes later it started beeping that the power is low and I was still wondering how is that possible and then it died. I tried plugging it in to get it to charge but the charging light will not come on. It will not Charge anymore, it is literally dead. Was it at the end of life range hence why Best Buy did the sale when I bought it in May 14 2020? Today, is August 3rd 2020 and it is dead. DEAD!!!!! Wow? I will be calling Best Buy, cos something gotta give, I did not pay $80 for end of life piece of junk Gizmo.
