The just stops for no reason.You have to turn the head phone off then back on for it to work properly...NOT HAPPY !!!

Awesome sound just a bit of a problem, try not to sweat on it. It’ll break it selfs

I liked the 10 hour charge but they were to big and heavy for my head and ears.

If you will be utilizing for occasional use then you will be fine. If you intend to use these while working out 5-7 days a week and sweating profusely then avoid these at all cost. Once the control piece of the headset builds up up enough sweat residue they will begin to malfunction immediately. Usually this takes about a month if your lucky. Then you will find yourself replacing them time after time. Good luck.

They started to have connection issues just 1 month after the year warranty expired so I took them to apple support and they said they'll fix them but I needed to pay $99 + shipping (almost the same price I paid for them new on 5-24-2018. So my wife now has to run and wait until they stop working in the middle of her workout. Will never buy any other Beats product in my life.

They didn’t last more than 6 months. Sent them in for the “warranty”-that’s a joke! They(whoever “they” are) determined it was not covered...mind you....this was not any sort of water damage or anything....a piece of the plastic on the ear bud broke...my husband ended up super gluing it...they lasted a little longer after that. Don’t wast your money....unless you’re handy with superglue!

Apple will not honor their warranty even when the headphones clearly have a defect hearhook they will tell you it’s physical damage when it’s clearly not and then tell you that you need to pay $99 to repair them. Don’t waist your money on this not worth the headaches

bought these and were great in the beginning but battery will not last and is a big issue. Cheap

sound quality is pretty bad. 1st pair broke within 2 weeks. At least the replacement process with Apple was fast.

I bought these and after 15 days they stopped working and wouldn't turn on. I used them an hour a day to exercise. To avoid the hassle of dealing with Apple, i was able to return them after the return day policy. I was thankful BestBuy helped me and i exchange them for their competitor. After i read the customer reviews, everyone was having the same problem. Do not get them.. some people are in their 6th pair..

This is really simple. After two months of using my Powerbeats 3 they only held an overnight charge for 1 hour. Supposed to be 12 hours. I sent the product back to Apple for repair and the sent it back saying the product is perfectly fine. Look on the Internet and you will see this product has tons of complaints about battery life. But according to Apple it’s not a problem

1 side stopped working after a few months plenty of other brands to choose from skip if you can

This is my second purchase of this product. Each time they have lasted only 1-2 years. Will not buy again.

The sound was just OK, but that could be because even though I put the smallest adapters available on, it hurt my ears to wear.

I heard great things about these but honestly I wouldn’t pay more than $50 for them. They broke within one year

Buyers please be aware that these are not made for sweaty workouts like they show you in the commercials. I have sent back 2 pairs of these headphones since June and my recent replacement's control box does not work after 3 workouts. They do not holdup in sweaty conditions, first the volume will turn down and up erratically and then quit all together. They also feel very cheap compared to its predecessor.

They broke after the first time I charged them. Went to best buy They couldn't exchange them because it was about 40 days since I purchased them They not worth the headache

I bought these for running, they fit snug but they are not up for the job, they constantly lose connection and had to be restarted, it’s a know problem. Huge disappointment for the money not to mention a huge pain to fumble with trying to reset while running. I returned them and bought a pair or JBL reflects and it’s they have been great for almost 8 months so far not one issue.

If you have decently big ears then these are not for you I returned them cause of the discomfort I had on my ear

Doesn’t seem to have the quality that Beats in the past have. Right ear piece has random static.
