Garbage

I called Beats and they sent me a new set. The new set did the same thing within a month. I started using my gf’s set because she wasn’t and the same thing happened with those. I’ll never buy another Beats product again.

Horrible headphones

I returned the refurbished and purchased a new pair and the beats broke down the exact same way. Incredibly frustrated with Bestbuy’s customer service on top of it.

Quite working within 3 months

I am disappointed in the product and also Best Buy. I bought them from a store with the hope they would support the product during its manufacturer warranty period but they did. It was a poor experience with both Apple and Best Buy.

Wear & tear not covered

In April 2019 they started fall apart with the rubber ear piece ripping exposing a metal wire. Despite these being $200+ I was told I'd have to spend another $100+ for an extended warranty. So basically I'd be out $300+ to get a functioning pair of headphones.
