i used to own the original wireless powerbeats and those lasted me 3 years. upgraded to these when the ear hooks started to come apart on the originals. only recommendation i would make is to make the ear hooks a single piece so they don't come apart. besides that, they are easy to pair and sound great for those workouts!

I purchased these because I have another pair in black that are first generation. I’ve always wanted a white pair, so I figured I’d get them and this generation is even better than the first. I love how I can hang them around my neck, and not have to worry about my phone being connected while working out.

the only headphones I've ever own are all beats. these actually lasted longer then my previous set of powerboats 2. i had to go though like a few if those until i got this one and i'm surprise at how well they've been doing hopefully i didn't just jinx myself haha they are great though

excellent sound quality, wearability and comfortable.

I'm a veteran of many sets of Bluetooth headphones. I've tried the Jaybird X, X2, the Freedom's, motorola headsets, Sennheiser, etc. I loved the X2s after the initial fitting. To me, they had better sound than the Beats. I may just need to fidget with the Beats some more on fit. The problem I had with the X2s would be they would die an untimely death and suffered from intolerable skip or cut outs. I thankfully had the GeekSquad plans on all my former headsets. With the Beats, it doesn't seem to matter where I keep my phone, the music or audiocast I am listening to hasn't skipped a beat. I can leave my phone in my bag at my small Gym and it is fine. The X2s were very picky about where I kept my phone for runs. On the running subject, I sweat a lot, so that is why I've always went with "waterproof" headsets. The last set of X2s I had simply would not turn on any longer after only a few months. The freedoms wouldn't make it through a 5k without shorting out from sweat. So far the Beats have been fine. I'll update this review if they fail. The only reason I don't give them 5-stars is the lack of warranty. I cannot purchase a GeekSquad plan on Apple products.

Great sound and perfect forcrumming or heavy work outs

I don’t understand any lower ratings given for sound quality. These headphones are compact, stay in your ear when running and working out and sound quality is very clear. If you have some next to you asking question, yes you will hear them. They keep most outside noise out but they are not noise canceling headphones.
