She likes the connecting cable as it may be hung around the neck (she was considering new apple earphone but was afraid that it get lost easily.)

Only issue is cord on the back is stiff and sometimes get stuck to the right or left during certain workouts.

Too heavy

We returned them because they were to heavy and too big for my wife's ears. We give it a 4 because of the quality and sound, just not a product for us.

It is easy to setup plus also good sound quality. The case helps to keep the unit and charging cable in one place.

Those pretty much replaced these for me, but these are still amazing earbuds with amazing sound quality.

No they don't compare to larger over the ear style but definitely blow away the competition in its class. Pairing is pretty easy with iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch.
