This is the second Beats headset I've purchased within two years. Each one last approximately 10 - 13 months. At first they work very well; they just don't last long enough. The first one began to come apart at one of the ear pieces then a couple months later it stopped working altogether. On my second set the plastic top that houses the volume controls has come off. I only use these headsets to listen to music to while walking, sometimes on the treadmill, and 90% of the time to have long phone conversations while not working out. I am careful with them to keep them safe (use the carrying case, don't leave them in the sun, etc.) as I don't like spending so much money every year. Best Buy no longer sells an insurance warranty for them. My guess is it's because they continuously break. I purchased these a second time after my first set broke thinking it's was a fluke plus I had insurance on the first pair (it was offered at that time). If you don't mind replacing these every year then go for it otherwise I suggest you look into something else.

Wireless powerbeats3 are ideal for students since they are Bluetooth enabled and link easily to student chromebooks.

These head phones would have been perfect if I didnt have a toddler at the time that would always pull on them. These were perfect for me during my transportation time to and from work (about 40 min each way). I would have them connected to my ear but when I had to talk to someoneI would remove one or two and have them around my neck. I would always forget to take them off immediately when arriving home. I believe he was around 1 years old during this time. So when I carried him to greet him he would see them and grab them and somehow was able to break it Not once but three times! I purchased these after my wife gave me a pair. My son broke it. I tried to superglue it back together nut there was no sound coming from the left speaker. I was devastiated! My wife encouraged me to purcjase another one which I did. So far, he has only managed to break them twice but has not damaged the sound. After a few months I decided to get the beats studio 3 wireless headphones from Dr. DRE.

The sound quality is very good but I have noticed that they disconnect from my Apple Watch often while I am running.

Late review but two years going on three and they work like new!!! Great quality

Got pair for Xmas and have used them a lot since. Battery life is a happy surprise compared to other brand I used to use.
