I don't like the wire that goes behind your head while working out. When u sweat it sticks to ur skin and tugs the headset from your ear, also the placement of the buttons to have to reach is a hassle. The reason I bought these was because of the 12hr wireless battery life per charge and that if fit around the ear and the quality and the other reviews were good. I think I'm going to give the bose wireless a try soon.

Good sound. Maintains a charge well. Good fit in my ears with the sizing options on the ear pieces.

Pros of the 3's: 1. Battery life is much better than the 2's. New chip does indeed help. 2. Color. I liked being able to just by an all black pair of ear buds. Sharp. Cons of the 3's: 1. Tinnier sounding (not as rich and deep a bass quality-to my ear.) 2. Skimped on the case. The 2's had a nice zipper case. The 3's come with a cheap, open, rubber/silicone case. 3. Quiet. Listening to the same music on the same phone, I have to turn the volume up 3-4 more levels to reach the same sound level as my 2's. 4. They did away with the rubber cover on the USB port. Yes, that thing was annoying, but I found it to be a good protector against sweat. The USB port on the 3's is open and I tend to sweat while working out, so it's typically exposed to all this sweat now. 5. Volume rocker feels cheaper. The 2's had a better feeling rocker. It didn't feel as cheap and plastic to me. I worry about the long term durability of the rocker on the 3's. 6. Expensive. You get what you pay for, I guess. Seems like there might be some cheaper options with as good or better sound quality. All in all, not a bad purchase. Wish the sound volume and quality was up to par with the 2's. However, if you still like a more bass forward ear bud and don't mind the sticker shock, these will do. I've only had the opportunity to listen to two other wireless ear bud products, so I am, by far, no expert. I do love not having to charge these things 2-3 times a week like the 2's. Probably don't get a full 12 hrs, but I've yet to push them to the extreme. I've used beats since I purchased an HTC Rezound back in the day. Included was a pair of URbeats, which was my first exposure to the brand. Since that purchase, I've probably bought 3-4 pair of URbeats wired ear buds as well as now owning the Powerbeats 2 and 3's. So, I'm no hater. Def. a fan of the product. Wondered how things would go after the Apple purchase and it seems they've gone a slightly cheaper made route (outside of the new chip providing improved battery life).

Great sound. Battery life seems adequate for what it is. Easy to use. Different size ear buds to make comfortable.

This are great headphones, and being Beats it has great sound quality. It is a good ear fit and very comfortable.

These earphones have amazing sound. I run and work out with them everyday. They were so simple to pair with my iPhone using the new chip. I recommend these for any people that work out or are constantly on the move.

Had the powerbeats 2 before these. Sound quality is a tad better. What I love the most is the fit and the battery life. Amazing.

I ended up purchasing the Beats earbuds after trying three other competitors. I would have like no connection between the two earbuds but from what I can tell because of the connection, the quality of sound is much better. If you’re looking for earbuds with bass and that you want to stay I your ears these are probably for you. The only reason I didn’t give them a five star rating was because of the wire connection between the two buds but sound quality is excellent.

I use these a lot. When I’m at college, at the gym, when cleaning the house or washing my car. The sound quality and bass are awesome! Also, love how long the battery lasts and the quick charge feature. I got lucky and got these on sale for $119. I had some issues with the volume button and one of the sides and took it to an apple service retailer and they exchanged them for new ones. I had to provide proof of purchase and show that they were within the 1 year warranty.

Unfortunately for me, I fell asleep wearing my Powerbeats 2's and they broke on me. So of course I had to replace them. These are better than the 2's. Comfort level is great, sound is typical of the Beats brand. Only issue I have is the mic turns on the cord and sometimes people can't hear me when I talk with them. I have to make sure that the mic is turned toward my mouth and the cord in front instead of around the back of my neck. But then again, I'm not looking to have a conversation while I'm at the gym.

I bought these for a friend. I have had mine for over a year and I have had nothing but good experience. I do wish the bass was a little better on these but the connectivity and comfort has been unmatched for me.
