I bought this at a Best Buy store and it wouldn't sync with my phone. My Ipad and my wife's Iphone would connect almost instantly. I returned the headphones for another pair of the Powerbeats 3 wireless and had the same issue. These headphones must only work with Apple products, not Samsung.

Headphones wouldn’t turn on or reset after only two days of having/using them. Apple care requires you to make an appointment at a store (none available for one week) or ship the headphones to be fixed (takes 7-10 business days).

I bought the beats 2 last year and they would last a month then it wouldn't hold a charge. I sent them back to apple they sent me new ones and the same thing happens again. I then got the beats 3 and they are just as bad. I'm done with beats. I wouldn't recommend to worse enemy.

Saw some bad reviews about no sound coming out of the speakers. I didn't have that problem. I had the problem of the battery pack rubbing my ears numb. My ear lobes are still sore from where it was rubbing mine.

What the heck did I just buy. At first I thought the pair I have was defective but that I realized that these headphones are just that bad all around. Sounds horrible I couldn’t believe well my expectations was definitely high.

Went to exchange Beats ... Sandy Springs, GA store manager Ryan ( doubt he was the manager ) would not exchange them . Poor Customer Service experience . I will not purchase anything else at BestBuy again. Will purchase from Apple directly.

I had to fix it 3 times and when it broke 4th time Apple refused to fix it. What was the point of buying an expensive product with warranty if they do not work?

A lot of problems when you are running. Can't answer phone calls and can't control the volume. When it gets wet it doesn't work properly. Had to return it to get a replacement. I'm not satisfied at all with this purchase.

The earpiece fell off after 5 months. Despite a 1 year warranty Apple said that it was “normal wear”. Thus no warranty.

These pieces of crap have broken three times!!! Each time we have to get them fixed by apple and they keep breaking! A year ago I bought them for $175 and I'm super upset that they are such low quality.

On my second pair. First one broke within a month. Second pair took 3 weeks. Awful, sound goes up and down without warning, music cuts off. Apple made an awful mess of this product. Please save yourself the trouble.

Go other Web sites and read other reviews.you will see most of these headsets break within the 1st 3months.at 2 1/2 months my volume control is broke.can't reset them and battery last little over a hour pure junk

My advice. DON'T get it. It is a WASTE of money. I bought ONE and it BROKE. sent it off to get it REPAIRED (NEW PAIR) which BROKE again. I use my beats probably ONCE a WEEK? Ridiculous quality

These made my ears sore. The hooks hurt and I exchanged them after one day for Bose Soundsport - I work from home and need a headset to talk at minimum 6 hours a day. Much happier with the Bose.

These headphones sound NO better than the free headphones you get with any new phone and they break if you put them in your pocket unless you put them in the bulky case that they come with. DO NOT BUY!!!

Doesn’t matter how great these may sound if they don’t stay put. Impossible to run with these in without them dislodging from your ears. Design flaw. Don’t buy. Not worth it!!!

It's not turning on at all. While I was charging it was just blinking red, after 30 mins I took it out and it's not turning on at all. I literally bought these today. This is crazy man.

Bought 2 units and all failed. Not good for exercise as sweat spoils the unit. Second unit went down due to left ear piece just stopped working. Unbelievable!!

Purchased this after Christmas and after 10 minutes of used, they died and will not power on. I have charged them overnight using a different cable and nothing.
