I contacted tech support and they wanted us to send them in or they would then test on and determine what was wrong and then send it back to us. We just took it back to BestBuy and explain to them that they would not hold a charge 3 days old and Best Buy replace them right there on the spot.

Amazing Quality

But you can barely tell it's there, and they sound better than any other headphones I've owned! Great for exercising, no matter what you do, they stay in place. Great headphones!

They sound better and cleaner than the past model however the construction to me seems a bit lower than the past model. Other that great product!

Great wireless headphones

I work 12 hour shifts and am able to use these all day without charging them. They have really good sound quality and clarity. Very easy to connect using Bluetooth.

Much better fit, resulting in better sound quality and less time spent readjusting during work outs. Battery life is phenomenal!
