I returned them and bought these. These headphones work great! Although there is a wire (I did not originally want a pair with a wire) they have amazing sound quality and not a lot of background noise is heard when using the phone with them. Highly recommend.

Luckily since Apple bought out Dr. Dre beats you have a great tech support after three months I did have to replace them with the new site but it was free and only took three days turnaround shipping it out to get the new ones back
