liked them until they stopped working

I went with these mainly because they wrap around your ears unlike most other brands. I figured this would help make them stay in place better. When I wore them like they suggested with the wire behind your head they would not stay in place. I started wearing them with the wire in front of my head and they stayed in place a lot better. I was happy with them until this morning when they stopped working. I tried charging them, resetting them, and updating the firmware. Nothing worked. I found a website where many people had the same problem. I called Apple support and they are replacing them. However I have to wait for them to send me a shipping box so I can send them back. Once as they have them, it will take several more days until they send me new ones. So I'm guessing I'll be without them for a week or two which is annoying.
