2 weeks and unusable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the item 8/17 and as of 5 days ago, I started getting issues of the volume going high/low by itself and then shutting off. I assumed it needed to be recharged or to resynch, but after troubleshooting, it is not usuable. Now, I cannot return the item because of the 15 day policy and the manufacturer wants me to send the item back for repair. 2 weeks! this is unacceptable. After looking on different forums, this is a common problem for this product! Also, the chords get tangled behind your head and pulls slightly on your ears. If you cant live with that, it is pretty annoying. Good sound, but useless if it cant be heard---2 weeks and done! DO NOT RECOMMEND
