Great product unless you have a problem. Apple used to have the most awesome service for everything. Since management changed it is mediocre at best. These are to replace a similar set that the wire has been working loose. 1year warranty won’t repair/replace it. Had to repurchase-shame.

They do what they say they will do but I don't like that it's like wearing ear plugs with the outside sound. Over priced. I like my air pods better but for hard caper exercise these are good they stay in place and sweat doesn't get inside the ear

I've had the most trouble finding wireless ear buds to fit my ears. One of them never stays in place and pops out. I wonder if it's because there's less weight on the actual ear piece, but I digress. Very easy to use and set up. Relieved that I can enjoy the wireless club.

I checked reviews before I bought these and saw several say they stopped working shortly after buying. But there were many good reviews and someone suggested them to me so I got them. The sound was great and I love the hands free while running! But within a few weeks they stopped working. I should have known better when Best Buy wont let you buy their protection plan with these. I had to take to an Apple store. They had to send them off and they got replaced, but it took a week and the 1 year warranty does not start over after the replacement. So if these continue to break, I will only be able to get replacements for a year. I hope this second pair last better.

i thought the people on the other end of these headphones were'nt going to hear me very well because the mic hangs behind your ear, but I have'nt had any complaints. I think they should add a couple more buttons to give you the option to skip or go back to a previous song. Other than that, they are great.

So we bought these as a gift for a college student that does not ask for much if anything at all. When asked, how would you rate these, his response is, " Sounds good and can talk on the phone with them". Least does he know, sometimes, we can hardly hear him on the beats.

I really enjoy using this wireless earphone, the sound is great and the Bluetooth signal is strong. Once you power it on, It connnects automatically to the paired source (mine is an iPhone Xs). You can also adjust the fit in your ear for a trouble free workout. This is my 3rd and last purchase of this unit, the other 2 units stopped working after almost a year of use. With a very short lifespan, it has become the most expensive wireless earphone ever. I’ve also bought a Bose wireless earphone and will compare the performance and longevity of use. I’ll post a follow up review after a year of use or if ever this 3rd unit fails again sooner.

Bought both the Powerbeats 3’s and the Beat X’s and for me the Beat X’s were the way to go. Wasn’t using them for excercising so the longer cord didn’t bother me. And the smaller design allowed the buds to go deeper into my ears for louder sound.

Because this was given as a 'holiday' gift, I chose to wait to post this review. The recipient absolutely raves about the headset. He's praised the distance he can be away from his phone when he's wearing his Powebeats headset, in addition to the clarity. He hasn't mentioned one single complaint.

Thought the sound quality was gonna be a lot better but it is what it is.

These work great. They are pricey and the ear pieces could use a foam option, but all around a good buy. Great for the airlines, yard work, yogging, of late night iPad gaming while the wife lays in bed watching real housewives of the trailer park.

Overall good sounds and comfortable but the microphone does not remove background noise as good as you would think for the price. Have had cheaper bluetooth devices that sid better.

Disconnects from my Bluetooth way too much. It disconnects when in my pocket. Frustrating. The fit is ok and sound is good. The plastic around the neck wire is an irritant. Sticks to my neck and tugs one side of my headphones loose.

I bought this headphone for my son, it's his Christmas present so he hasn't received it as yet.I know he going to love it because he has always wanted one and since it was on sale I just had to get it.I can't wait to see the look on his face when he gets it.I know he'll be very happy

I was looking for light weight earphones to use for listening to music. These were comfortable but just okay sound for the money. There are better options for sound, but these are more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time.

I've had a pair of Beats headphones before. They lasted for about 2 years so that's pretty decent. These are same style just a newer version. They don't see to be as loud as the first ones I had but they are serviceable. And these were less expensive than the first pair I bought.

I bought them for my husband, at the first time the sound was good, but after two weeks the left stopped listening, I change it, and the second was worse. I returned them to the store.

good product the only concern i had was drop in bluetooth connectivity.

I am in a love hate relationship with these beats! This will be my third pair... first pair died right after the year mark so of course right after the manufacture warranty expired. The second lasted 2 years then just died. So this will be my last pair if they die. It’s so devastating when you pay a decent amount of money on headphones to one day reach for them to turn them on and you just get the red light of death ! The only reason why I bough these pair was because they were on sale. I do like the beats, I love the way the fit and stay in place but if these die on me again I will not purchase another pair.

These headphones worked great for the first year recently I can only use them to hear music no longer for phone calls. The issue when I answer a phone call with this headset: I can hear the person calling but they can not hear me.
