Not working after two weeks

Last time I went out the volume kept turning up on its own all the way and skipping songs. When I press the middle button to pause songs it now turns the volume up. Headphones were fully charged. Taking them back for another pair.

Needed buds for working out and the W1 chip makes pairing and switching between devices really simple and fast. They sound decent enough. First pair the mic/buttons fell apart, maybe from use in the sauna. Second pair just stopped turning on/charging, also the tips can be hard to keep track of at times. Bought this pair because they were on sale for $100...can’t beat that! Wld der recommened for $100
