The headphones quit charging. Never had any problem or damage but just quit charging. Then I guess apple now services them and just never got out there to get it taken care of. Now using Air Pods.

I was under the impression that beats were reliable, so I decided to go a little out of my budget to buy the powerbeats 3. I have had them for 3 weeks and they already stopped working. They do not turn on or charge. I am very disappointed with this product. It is deceiving that it states on the box that they are sweat and water resistant. I used these to workout about 4 times and suddenly stopped working. The battery never lasted 12 hours either. Don't waste your money on these! My brother's beats gave out as well. I will not be buying these again.

So I wanted a wireless headphones for my daily runs. As soon as I started my run the headphones could not stay in my ear. No matter which size rubber buds I used it kept falling off. I had to return it.

I have Beats over ear headphones..love them. So I figured this will be same quality. I was disappointed, Comfort and look was ok but sound quality was poor.

Avergae quality earphones for A flagship price. Sound quality inferior with a constant buzzing noise. Had to get them replaced twice under warranty cos they stopped working. Earhook broke off as well.

It's good for listening but don't expect that you can talk with it. I have to remove the the headphone and put the speaker on my lips in order for people to hear me.

The sound is awesome 5 stars to that but i have had issue with it charging and it’s battery life. It finally took a crap today won’t even charger or give me an sign of it even charging. Very disappointed in this newer better version

I fell for the hype and bought them. About 5 months in they died then a couple days later started working. If they do work they only last about 45 min then die. Every time I go to apple they seem to work so I can never use the warrant.

Wouldn't stay charged... tried to reset several times... said fully charged according to indicator light soon as connected dead again... exchanged for a new pair no issues... excellent customer service on Saginaw Highway

These have been the worst headphones I have ever had the experience of owning. Being an Apple product I gave them a try. Well 7 months later I’m on pair 5 all due to sweat from working out. These are NOT sweat resistant what so ever. Also if you buy this product from a third party like Best Buy you can’t get a refund from Apple after Best Buy turns you away because you have passed the 2 week grace period for returns. So you are then stuck just waiting for your warranty to end and constantly sending these in for repair.

I bought 2pairs and this was the 3rd. They short circuit really quick when using it to be active. Battery life is not good at all. You're better off bringing standard plugin headphones with you wherever you go.

echo, bad sound connection, product don't last, bad interference, battery life is good but product itself is lacking a lot of its price. I will return this product now. Thank you.

Beats products are usually excellent to me. I have them in my girlfriend's Charger and they sound awesome. I was very disappointed in these however. They were clear but no bass. Otherwise, they would be perfect.

Worst purchase ever. The Bluetooth just goes out and disconnects from the phone. I've had numerous complaints that the background sound is so loud that no one can hear me and it sounds like I'm rattling paper. Not a good product

Unless you are the size of a child, these are way too short. When they are in your ear, the mic is behind your ear. Cord is so short they barely sit around your neck. Returned these the next day.

These sound good , but wouldn’t stay in ear. Also the sound was not consistent because they couldn’t stay in ear. Don’t like them!!

They don't work!!! Won't turn on!! We have had other more techno friends look at it... we have to wait I guess till we can go to the store and return them.. so my review. They don't work!!!?

Had a problem with the headphones taking and holding a charge on two separate pairs. Both were under warranty though and Best Buy replaced the first ones and Apple the second one.

They sound okay, and that's about it. the ear hook on the left is already broken and I'll have to go through hoops at the apple store to get them fixed. Also they are waaaaaay too high in price. I would not buy these again.
