It was not comfortable with my ear, its was really hurting. But it may just my ear. But as a teach company they dont even have a App to track the battery level or software updates. Any day I would recommend Bose Sound sport over this.

Love the sound, but I returned them two weeks after purchase because they couldn't be recharged. Based on postings I read during my troubleshooting efforts it's a common occurrence.

Sounds great, however after 6mo of use the Bluetooth is beginning to act up. Seems with every pair of beats there has always been a hardware or software issue. Buyer beware. When they work they work well however.

The first pair of headphones I purchased were defective. I returned them and I am now on my second pair. They are less than average and definitely did not meet my expectations especially since the headphones were so expensive.

These appear to be great ear pieces but I can't seem to get them to seal in my ears making them sound airy and lacking bass. I've tried the different ear rubbers to no avail. If you buy these, I would fit test them first.

Does not work correctly, It works if it wants to and then many times very statically, we have had several incidents with items working correctly and now we are informed we can not return any more, we are not very happy shoppers.

I bought these headphones about a year and a half ago. They already are acting up/not working properly. Guess how long Apple's/Beats warranty is? One year. This is not a surprise considering Apple has admitted to slowing phones r/t battery issues. For $200 headphones, you can pay an additional $100 to have them repaired every year and a half. $80 if its a battery issue(you read that right. $80 for a battery). For $200 I would highly recommend doing the research and finding a more realiable set of headphones. Also, it says they are sweatproof. From my research on other reviews, they are not.

These headphones turn off often when working out. Died before I had them for a year. Had to use superglue because they fell apart. I expected more. Didn’t like these as much as I thought

Definitely did not meet expectations. They aren’t comfortable at all and the plastic piece that goes over the ear stretches out. I’m glad I got these on a Black Friday deal because otherwise I’d return them.

These headphones are not a bad product. However compared to the Bose Soundsport wireless, these headphones have a poor sound quality. The Bose headphones have a much better sound and fit better in the ear.

Had my original pair for 3 years before they died so I figured I'd stick with them and bought another pair. Obviously these have gone downhill since my first pair. Previously I received a nice case with a zipper to keep them in but now I just got a cheap silicone pouch with no zipper. The new pair died in less than 4 months. Won't hold a charge and when I can get it to hold it lasts less than an hour. Very disappointed with Beats and will be looking for a replacement with a different brand.

you will and i mean will come across a day where these headphone will blink 3 white lights and will not power on, has happen to me and 2 of my other friends who also bought these the same day i did. and for kicks best buy wont help you, you'd have to take it to apple only and wait 14 days to get another pair that will do the same weird glitchy power problem. its not worth the price get them, at around 50$ , a garbage can is a better investment. ooooooh and apple doesn't even know how to fix the problem , just google powerbeats 3 blinking white lights now the powerx have the same problem but they will never let you know.

I bought the red and black beats and the right one kept falling out of my ear so I brought it back and bought the black ones........not realizing the sales associate charge me $48.00 more for black I brought them back and got the red and black again thinking they were defected. Again the right one fell out of my ear. I went back AGAIN got a really nice associate who said the all black one are on sale and I could return the red and black ones for an even exchange.. When buying them do not buy the red and black ones you can see the right side is so much more wider than the left. Hopefully I keep the all black one so far so good!!

I don't normally do reviews but in this case I feel that it was a must. This is my second pair of beats wireless headphones and each pair last about a year before they stop working. The 1st pair stopped charging and 2nd pair wouldn't connect . I have spent close to $500 on the 2 pair of beats headphones and Its sad to say but I get better performance and reliability from a cheap $5.00 pair of head phones. I would expect that for something that is a bit on the expressive side would last longer then these headphones have for me. I have to say I am really disappointed in the quality of this product.

I lost my first pair after 3 years, never had an issue with refurbished. i just purchased this to replaced that pair, same model and after 3 months they don't charge anymore.

Could be better, Mike broke after 10 months. I am very careful with all products I have and these are the first to break, the actual ear wrap around piece broke off after 5 minutes of working out. So upset

Maybe I just have small ears, but the ear pieces never stay on my ears and are constantly falling out. It's very frustrating if I am trying to go on a run or do anyhting really. Not a fan of these.

Bought 2 pairs for my husband and I, a little over a year ago for christmas. After one month my husbands wouldn’t charge and you couldn’t use the volume buttons. Contacted apple and they sent us a new pair. Now that it’s just over a year of having them, mine have gone out. You can’t turn them off and the volume button doesn’t work. And of course, the warranty is only one year. Just like iPhones, I guess their headphones only last until the latest goes onto the market. What a waste of money. Not very comfortable to wear, not soundproof

Sound great but doesnt fit well while wearing glasses. Also I have an Android, and there is no app made by beats for Android's like there is for jaybirds.

The earpiece has a bad battery, it will not keep a charge. I am charging them every other day! My last 2 pairs, I only charged once a week! It is past the store warranty, so I have to call Apple
