There are the worst for working out. Once they get wet they are no longer work. I could not recommend for anyone who wants to work out with a head set.

I purchased these after my trusty PowerBeat 2's bit the dust after 18 months. I was sold on the "sweat resistance" and the 12 hour playback. The quality is just not good. My first pair worked for about 2 weeks before they wouldn't turn on or accept a charge. Returned for a new pair (surely, it was a fluke...) My second pair turned off 5 miles into my half marathon, never to come on again. I don't know about you, but running with no music is difficult for me. It's a sad day... I no longer trust the brand. I will be returning these today and looking to try something new.

Sound is nice. But the battery life is horrible. So far the max time of battery is 45 minutes. I returned the first set and the second set does the same thing. Not sure what’s up.

Because I’m run a lot and sweat a lot, the sound was not the same. Within a year it stopped taking charge and that was the second one I bout that did same thung

Stopped working after only 10 months. Only used during workouts so not a ton of constant usage. I've had others in the past so it may just be this set.

i purchased these for my boyfriend who HAD to have the latest pair. so as soon as they were released, i purchased. 7 months later they stopped working. Now we have to go thru Apple to repair/replace etc. It wouldnt be so bad but I was jealous of the sleek look so he got me a pair for my birthday and 4 months later i had the same thing happen - took 2 weeks to send them back to apple and get a new pair. they overall are not comfortable in the ear and the sound quality is worse than my $40 sony ones with a wire. Would NOT recommend or purchase another beats product.

These headphones are of good quality but every year I have to buy a new pair because they stop charging properly. I use mine everyday for at least a few hours

Purchased these beats on July 4 2019. Within a few weeks, experienced loss of Bluetooth connection with my iphone. Had to keep resetting the beats. I did this at least 10 times before they completely died. Given the cost of these earbuds, I would stay away. Expected more from beats and the quality control. Maybe I just got a bad set? Contacted customer service and they did send a box out with an RMA number to review the problem. Beats carry a one-year warranty so they will be replaced if deemed bad.

The sound quality was good and being wireless was handy but I had a problem then charging. It said they were charging but when i went to turn them on they wouldn’t turn on.

Worked for 14 days - then dropped connectivty when pairing with an Apple II watch. Also had issues with volume dropping down then back up. Exchanged for a new pair - we will see how these do.

Purchased due to the great price... volume was so low that l had to return for refund. Did not expect that from a new product.

BT connection drops after ~15 minutes of playback time with iPhone 6s. Resets do not resolve the issue. Too bad - sound is good, fit is comfortable.

I bought this for my daughter for Christmas andThey work and sound great, Would definitely tell my friends and family to buy a pair.

Very disappointed in a few areas: 1) music should sound better, base was not deep and overall music sounded tinny. 2) as a headset callers said sound quality was horrible

My Powerbeats3 quit working about two weeks ago. I work out 5 days a week and if I am not sweating during a work out then I am not truly working out. I purchased them in March and will contact the company for a replacement set. If you buy these, get the extended warranty. I did not. I would not recommend purchasing them. The fact that they are not water (sweat) resistant defeats the purpose of wearing them during exercise. If it was not my sweat that killed them, then there is something else wrong which makes purchasing them even worse of an idea.

Volume not very good, don't fit well, not a lot of ear size options.

I was looking for a lightweight pair of headphones and these fit that bill. However the sound quality was less than impressive.

I got this on a recommendation from one of the Best Buy salesman on the store floor and I could not be more disappointed. There is almost no base, they are uncomfortable to wear, and the wire-strap is made of rubber or some similar material and it sticks to the back of your neck when you sweat making it very annoying when you move your head around. One would expect top performance for the price and brand, but it is not the case here. Thank God Best Buy has a great return policy and I was able to return these without any hassle.

You would think that after spending so much money you would get the basic voice indicators like device connected, pairing mode, battery high or low..also, the sound quality wasn't all that great...and most importantly they hurt your ears so much that you cant wear them for over half an hour. Returned these and bought samsung level PRO....absolutely love them especially for 1/3rd the price.and sound quality is much much better on those.
