The sound on these is no better than the sound on the 8.99 Wireless earbuds I got at a discount store. The sound is lacking in the depth and layers I normally hear in higher quality earphones, the ranks within which Powerbeats claims to be. Additionally, the case is useless. It’s made of soft, flimsy rubber and you have to jam the earphones into the small opening to get them in or out of the case. Also, you can’t close the opening, so dirt and dust get into the case and earphones. Don’t waste your money!

Battery life is amazing but volume controls stop working after 3 weeks. Sending it to apple to repair. I don't think they are good for running.

These headphones are horrible. I fully charged them and used them to run maybe 3 times for a total of 2 hours. I went to turn them on a day later and nothing happened. No red light no charging light. I know have to take them back in less than a week.

Calls are horrible with distortion. Case is flimsy and does not protect the product. Very disappointed in this purchase. Beats can do better and stop going cheaper with quality.

The headphones were working fine after a week. After that they started to stop working. For instance the beats wouldn't connect anymore to my phone and every time i tried turning them on , the lights would turn on and blink and then immediately turn off. I went back to bestbuy to get a new pair and give them a chance again but it happen again. I wanted to get my money back but too bad the refund date was over due now am stuck with this awful headphones. Trying to see if i can get a refund from Apple or atleast exchange them .

These were not great. I tend to have a critical ear and if you are looking for real sound quality, look for something else at this price.

These head phones are good for a nice run but not the best for intense training session. It doesn't block out ambient noise. I will stick with my Studio Wireless for my training sessions.

Extremely disappointed with online ordering from Best Buy. 1st refurbished beats powerboats wireless earbuds by Dr. Dre faulty, sound couldn't go loud enough to hear & wouldn't stay charged, I easily returned item to store and ordered the same item from clearance online, item arrived faulty with only one earbud working. I made an easy instore return but very disappointed with best buy. Now Worst Buy. Ended up buying same item at Costco with no issues.

I ordered these and less than a month later I was sending them back for a repair/Replacement!!! I then received the replacement and less Than 3 weeks later was sending them back AGAIN for a “Repair/Replacement” I asked for a refund was told that wasn’t an option was told I’d receive another replacement!! So after paying well over $100 for a product I was only able to use 2 different ones about 2-3 weeks each!!

For this product to cost so much it did not perform as expected. The power button went out twice and it wouldn't connect.

did not like them. returned them within a week. didnt fit my ears correctly and the sound was sub-par in my opinion. i got bose instead and am very happy with them

I am currently on my third pair of these things. First pair of these lasted about three months until they just stopped working all of a sudden so I had to go to the Apple Store then Apple sent me a replacement pair. The replacement pair they gave me broke a week later. I sent those back and now I am on my third pair. The only reason I continue to get these is because they are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Buy the JBL Bluetooth wireless headphones they are way better than these and much cheaper.

This unit is sold at a premium over other products in this category. It's supposed to be the ear buds for workouts. My experience, however, is that 4 months after purchase I started to experience connection issues and static sounds followed by no sound at all. I'm working with their repair department now and hoping that the sweat damage can be repaired or replaced. I would not have purchased this much of a premium if I knew I would be replacing the unit every year from sweat damage. They only cover one year for sweat damage.

i bought these 3 months ago and already having issues with them like they turn off themselves after about 2 or 3 minutes of usage...i paid $175.00 for these .........

I typically wear apples ear pods. I was looking for something to supplement the ear pods so I bought these thinking the beats brand was strong and these Bluetooth headphones must also follow suit. Boy was I disappointed. While I don’t have sensitive ears whatsoever, these headphones started hurting the ears after ~20 minutes of wearing them (even with the smallest ear plugs attached). Do yourself (and your ears) a favor and just spend the money something better.

This was my second set I've purchased for my son. His first set just stopped working after 4 months. This pair quit turning off after a week. I returned them. Not good quality

They are hard to adjust and a little big on my ears. Great sound, but when the are close to needing to be charged only on bud will play.

Sound quality is very poor for the expensive price tag. I bought these to avoid paying the high price of AirPods and I wish I would’ve just got those.

thwy were good while they lasted (which wasn't very long). trying to repair them was a hassle, went with boss instead

These are ok if your just a casual user. The sound quality is OK but not great. I ended up giving these away and went back to my jbl/um earbuds.
