The look and design seems fine until you have to use them and notice that the noise canceling is not as good as advertised and the sound is just ok.

I bought this on sale. I tried them on and the earpiece after a while it gets uncomfortable and also compare to the AirPods, the sound quality is not that great.

These wireless headphones have a design problem, and Apple knows about it. My original pair stop working after 3 months. Apple replaced them with a warranty replacement. The replacement pair lasted 9 months. The second pair broke the day I purchased the original pair. Setup appointment with Apple, which was 4 days later and Apple won’t cover them. Past the warranty. The Apple representative attitude was I got a year out of the headphones, so it is time to buy another pair.

Sound Quality was okay but was not loud enough, Also it was very easy to set up specially when connecting with the iPhone. Ended up buying the Beats Studio 2 Wireless.

Bought these few months back, working great. Good quality earphones and decent to good noise cancellation ones.

Today is 01/20/2020 They just died after a year of use. The battery life is not what company says it actually is even when they did work. They still fall out of my ears. I kept them this long because other products out there are crap or too expensive. Luckily I bought these on sale instead of full price. I admit I got hooked in like a fish with these. Apple Headphones don't stay in my ears regardless if I am moving or not.

Powerbeats come with different sized ear buds but the wrap around ear piece doesn’t adjust. Not a good fit at all, constantly having to adjust them.

Haven’t quite had these for 2 years yet and they no longer charge. With this being said not sure I would purchase beats wireless products again.

Even with multiple ear buds does not fit well and very poorly blocks outside noises. If outside noises are somewhat loud you will not be hear your tunes very well.

I like them because they are wireless but they rip fast they dont last long If u dicide to buy them make sure you get the warranty

This product is made by Apple and it wouldn't connect to my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, which is less than one year old. They may be good headphones, but I wouldn't know.

I bought A pair for christmas and Had problems from the first week, the right earbud speaker stopped working, bestbuy replaced it since it was within 15 days, after that 2 weeks later the new ones stopped taking charge so i had to take it to the apple store, they couldn’t repair them so they gave me a new pair, now thos third set just 4 days later will not take charge, they’re expensive pieces of junk! I do not recommend anyone buying this item, save yourself the grief

I thought being beats the sound would be much better then it is, for what I got I wowuls if just bought apple pods and the regular beats for travel

I like them but for the price they can be better. They tend to slip out even after trying every ear bud. They're also not very loud.

My wife bought these and they would not stay in her ears when she would turn her head. The sound quality was not as nice as some others for cheaper.

I read a bunch of great reviews about this product online. I can only assume that these are all fake. I purchased my first pair online 4/20/17 and on 7/13/17 I am sending my third pair back. First pair died and wouldn't charge after a month. Second, after a week would blink red when trying to charge them. Third wouldn't stay paired or hold a charge. Apple won't refund or give me a credit so now they're sending me a fourth pair. I just want my money back for this inferior product.

The workmanship of the selector button to turn on/off answer a call, volume was very flimsy. I had to return 2 pairs and then I decided to go with Bose instead.

Headphones died (would not charge, would not connect)... first time, I thought I had done something wrong. By the 5th pair that died (1 year and 2 weeks after delivery), Apple said they no longer needed to support. They'd sell me a new pair, or I could sue, but they wouldn't replace again and it's not their problem! I signed up to join the class action lawsuit against Apple. We'll see if I get $20 back on my initial $200 investment. Huge waste.

I would rather stick with my lg wireless earphones then have these earphones. Poor sound quality and doesn’t last charged. My lg last longer than these.

My headphones came with the microphone broken so I had to send them back already.
