Returned this, for the amount of money this cost I expected muc better performance from them. In addition to my inner ears feeling kind of funny from them

This is the 3Rd pair we've but amd the cord or earpiece always breaks withen 2 months! For how expensive I would think they would be better quality!

These powerbeats3 were great the first month then they started shutting off after about 10 minutes on a full charge. In the process of sending them back now.

Worked awesome until I was sweating while working out. And then nothing. Put in bag rice 2 days now works again. We’ll see how long it will last again

This is my third pair. Not durable after a year. Do not expect to have it longer if you don't buy the extended warranty.

Did not like these ..this is my 2nd pair of Beats ...had them a little over a month and can't use them. Wires have a shortage in them. Will not buy anymore.

The earphones worked great, the first couple of times I used them. I bought them at the end of February and by the end of March they would no longer charge. I only used them a handful of times to workout. I am very disappointed. I now have to wait for apple to send me a return package, send them in for repair, and wait for some replacements. VERY DISAPPOINTED considering they are $150

I bought these as an anniversary gift for my husband. The first day he used them he loved them so much. But when he tried to charge them they were dead. We tried all of the suggestions such as resetting them but nothing worked. After researching further I found this was a common problem that usually happens after a couple of months. I returned them and bought Soundcore Spirit X Sports Earphones by Anker which were much cheaper and have worked out well.

This is my second pair of beats headphones. The first pair I bought was the BeatsX, these did not last longer than three months. I received a new pair from Apple which only lasted 8 more months. I decided to purchase the power beats3 on April 28th 2019. The headphones have now stopped working on June 10th 2019, I am just so disgusted with the quality of these expensive headphone. I will not be purchasing another beat product again

After about 20 days of purchasing my Beats, they stopped taking a charge. When I took them to Best Buy I was told I had to take them to Apple. I went to Apple and they told me I had to take them back to Best Buy. I went back to Best Buy and had to ask for a manager since I purchased them from Best Buy I wanted to get the situation resolved. They sent them out for repair. Have not received them back yet. Hopefully, they last for at least a couple of years, but not optimistic.

I bought them thinking they would last for a long time. Had to send them to apple about 3 times for repair. Now out of warranty I need to pay.

These sound great but stopped charging after a few months. This is a known issue with Apple and for the high price should not be the case

Worked good for about 7 to & months, then earpiece ended up coming off. Cost too much to tear up within a year.

My headset broke shortly after I purchased them and Best Buy sent me to Apple for a refund and Apple denied replacing them and I have a broke headset now.

Ear phones do have a clear sound but they have no great sound what so ever nor are they loud as expected. I could get same quality off cheaper brand

The brand leaves some things to be desired but the devices is not designed well and the ear cover arms wear out quickly and exposes rod.

The wire is way to short that connects the two ear pieces together every time you turn your head it pull it out of one of your ears

It’s overpriced. The quality of the sound is about the same quality as a $25 earphones.

Didn't last me a year. One day they just stopped taking a charge and I could not use them again. Store was no help at all.
