Overpriced. Underpowered sound quality not so great. And it keeps disconecting from my phone at random times.

Just today had to send them back to Apple to be repaired. Same day as got the invite for this review. How fitting! Didn't do anything to harm them. They just stopped working. Five weeks after purchasing them. Won't turn on at all. Can't hard reset. First pair of Beats. Probably last. Person at work said had to return his frequently in first year as well. My recommendation. Go in a different direction with headphone brand choice.

They pull your ears all the time inside the ear they are not to comfortable and the price is kind of too much for the functionality

These are uncomfortable, and the max volume is too low. They look nice, but the construction feels cheaper than I expected.

My daughter wanted these. Already had to take 1 pair back cause they started acting up. 2nd pair now acting up already too

This is my third pair of there. I’ve bought three because I love them when their working. But they all lose function in one side over time and resetting ceases to fix the problem. I’ve called the customer support and paid to send them and never received my box for the second fix. I the bought a new pair because I didn’t want to wait and those are now broken. SAVE YOUR MONEY

These worked great for a 2 hours a day at the gym everyday for a week and then when I used them for a Marathon, which was the sole reason buying these, they lost connection several times and took forever to correct then, then fail again after 5 mins. Needless to say I looked up the issue and its super common and this product has 1.5 star reveiw at apple, idk why its so high here. But inform yourself before you buy

They have great range but are not as loud as I expected and ended up returning them

Bought them about two months ago and already broke. Use them for the gym but one day while using they shut off and when tried to turn back on only thing that would happen is light would blink 3 times then shut off. They no longer work. Very poor quality earphones and wouldn’t recommend for those who will be using to workout.

Bought these beats to wear when I go to the gym. I was using 3-4 times a week 1-2 hours a day. The first pair lasted 4 months. Before they completely stopped working, the battery would only last 30min. Apple sent me a replacement pair. Experienced the same issue after 4 months again on the second pair and the battery only lasts 25-30min on a full charge overnight. Waste of money!

I bought this for my daughter and they stopped working after 1 month. We will have to contact Apple for repairs.

I purchased these after having some good ear buds go bad. No matter what I did I could not hear the music while riding my motorcycle.

headphones didn’t work for me, wouldn’t stay in my ear without shoving them into my ear to where they would hurt me.

Purchased on 4/1/17, they stopped powering on on 4/16/17, brought back to Best Buy, they replaced and now on 5/22/17 the replacement ones are not powering on. Great service by best buy. Why would I spend $150.00 on headphones for them to last no longer than 1 month. I only use them for the gym and place in the protective case after I use them. They are taken care of very well so I don't understand why they just stop working

I bought these wireless headphones and they kept falling out of my ears so I returned and got the solo3 I love them

Sound quality at its worst. Price may have been a great deal. For me and my needs it didn't work out...

The best way to describe these is cheap junk. Apple should not be marketing these as something they make. Cheap knockoffs are better quality. The reason I say this is they are supposedly sweat proof. They are not! A long hot run and these are toast Everytime. Look elsewhere if you are wanting these for the gym or training.

Sound quality is below average. Had to have them replaced once already. Charging issues as well

Unfortunately, wasn't able to adjust to get enough bass. Will be returning and continuing to look for a better option.
