In Addition the volume control would not work. took back to Best Buy who claimed they have a contract with Apple that will not allow them to replace or credit account. Sent out by them over a week ago still waiting to hear. I'll not buy another Beats item.

Worked for 20 minutes.

Now they won’t sync to mine r anyone else’s phone even after trying to “recharge” them just in case they were on a bad plug last night. Tried to reset them etc etc no dice. Will be returning.

Poor quality and not worth the price

Powerbeats3 are a disgrace to the line of products. Volume level too low and no bass at all. A disservice to all. If Dre still owned the product he would not put his name on it. One star is more then they deserve. I returned the ones I purchased. Will never buy another Beats product.

2 repairs and waiting on replacement

BB stated they can only replace up to 15 days after purchase. I had to send to beats for repair and they could not fix them. Beats relaxed them. The new pair stopped charging after the first use and I had to send to beats again for repair. I'm still waiting on these.

Never opened them

The sales associate at the store said they were decent. When I checked out another associate tried to get me to buy the apple care. He said I should buy it because there was no warranty from Apple and that the headphones would indeed fall apart. I returned them!

Really bad with sweat!!!!

I've gone thru 2 different power beats 3, and I'm returning the 3rd pair today because if the smallest tiny bit of sweat gets into the volume nod, they are useless they will turn off and not work. How is these water resistant?????...are not good at all for workouts..... horrible!!!
