No Longevity and dummy serial numbers

I dont know whats wrong with bestbuy's products, serial number was not matching to the manufacturer data. So disappointing !!!

Not cool paying over 100 for some headphones that are dysfunctional. Maybe that happened because i got them on sale and they promote non functioning products for a great price.

7 Years Later, still using them

I have washed them several times on accident and still no issues. They still fast charge and keep a long charge (usually good for a few days). I prefer them over my airpods any day.

Won't work

First pair I bought would not sync to phone, traded in and second set doesn't charge. Also be aware Best Buy only takes back up to 14 days after you are on your own!!! Learned the hard way

Not Work Out Friendly

The ear component wouldn't adjust to my ears, as they were not as bendable as I had imagined. I was better off with an off-brand pair that actually provides comfort when I work out.

Hated them. Kept falling out of my ears. Used all 3 ear tips. Same thing. Ended up getting AirPods and giving these away for free. AirPods are WAY BETTER!!
