Apple support was dismissive and rude when I went to return my Powerbeats3 when only 373 days old. Well done apple, your planned obsolscence worked great....but I will not be buying another Beats product. Long time user, last time user.

sounds Exactly the same as your average iPhone headphones

Bought these on sale, heard they were good. From the start, they didn't sound good, High tinny sounding with very little bass. I am not one that wants the shake your car bass either. I returned them for a pair of Bose. :) muy bueno

Do not waste your money on this. I got this and it lasted me less than a month. The mic stopped working. I took it to bestbuy they said they can’t do anything about it. They wanted me to contact apple.

Sound is not loud enough had to replace it after 3 weeks

This was my second time purchasing these headphones. I thought the first time maybe I did something wrong for them to quit on me so fast but nope the 2nd time around they just stopped working after 2 months. I hate them, save your money not worth it.

Had the Beats X and thought I was upgrading. Wrong!!! Horrible sound - I work out several times per week and the sound quality when on cardio equipment is flat. I made all of the recommend adjustments but not much better. Complete disappointment.

I’m a huge Apple fan, but these headphones are buggy and made of cheap plastic. They crackle when moved and volume can instantly go so high that your ears ring. They don’t even look that great. I’m pretty disappointed, they were expensive. Battery life is ok.

These headphones had bad sound quality. Returned them.

Works good but poor quality material. The ear buds broke within 1 year. I glued it back with superglue which lasted for couple of days and broke again. Don’t waste money buying this. Go for airpods pro.

Earbuds will not power on after two weeks of usage. Looks like it is a large problem from Apple considering the amount of user groups with the same concern. Disappointing as this is my second pair

Product failed within a week. I read the reviews then which were awful. Beats needs to do a better job with this product. Got the air pods and they are fantastic.

These headphones are definitely way, way overpriced for the tinny sound, uncomfortable design, and cheap construction. I cleaned and returned these immediately and bought some Bose headphones instead.

Nice design. I was happy at first time using with Powerbeat3 However It turned poor quality & very disappointed after 1 year using ( sound randomly shut off, microphone stop working). Totally stop working.

These died in less than a year. I tried charging it to use a trip a few weeks ago and it looks like it's charged but it will no longer turn on and it's less than a year long. Poor quality. I expected more from Beats headphones.

Battery life is excellent. They charge fast, and the battery has lasted all day for me. Comfort is excellent, for an around-the-ear type earbud. I've gone several hours wearing them with no issues. They also come with 3 additional sizes of earbud tips (in addition to the factory-installed pair), for an adjustable fit. Sound is great. I have Bose headphones, and those sound a bit better, but rest assured - these sound very good, and comparing the sound to Bose is nitpicking. Volume is good, but they're not going to be unbearably loud at max volume. Bluetooth connects easily and has good range and clarity. Accessories are typical - these come with a 6in USB cable for charging, the extra earbud tips, and a small, soft carrying case. The case doesn't have a zipper or magnet closure, but it seems to hold the earbuds in there just fine. I was just shaking them in the case, with the opening facing downward, and they didn't fall out. Can't comment about taking phone calls with them, because I never answer the phone... Price: ludicrous, but so is Bose pricing, and people are still like moths to the flame...

I purchased these Beats3 wireless headphones for my birthday and the skip/pause button doesn't work. It works the volume but not to skip/pause the songs. Not sure if it's just me or what?! Kind of an expensive pair of headphones to not work.

Had the first version but the ear piece broke, bought another of the new version and it just will stay charging without powering on, replaced by a new pair and new this pair won't turn off, stays permanently on. Not happy about the quality of this new version.
