Having hard time to answer my call , the button to answer the phone i think has problem ..no time for me to return it , just using for music but not recommended for calling

About to take these for the second time in less than a year. First time they stopped working, now I can’t get 20 mins of charge after couple hours charging. Usage: weight lifting, outdoor runs.

Not as good as it boasts to be, Not the set for me

Cheap feel & don't stay in my ears when I workout.

Got this on sale for $99. Read the reviews and decided to give it a chance despite some bad reviews. The sound quality is so poor I had to return it. I thought Beats were supposed to be one of the best brand you could get. I was wrong.

So far impressed! Sound is excellent. So comfortable I can barely tell I have them on. The price point doesn't seem outrageous for a quality pair of Bluetooth headphones. I am a little concrete with the complaints about sweat shutting them down. I haven't worked out with them yet to determine. Hoping for zero issues.

Almost made it 52 full weeks before my 2nd set of Beats just stopped working. So aggravating. I enjoyed the performance of both the Beats Studios and the Powerbeats3, but the longevity is garbage. I don't want to RENT headphones.

This is my second set of beats wireless to go bad, the first set went bad after 3 days, they happily got me a new set and 15 days later the same problem. They wont power up and wont charge. I haven't been back yet to see what they will do about this set.

After wearing these for about a month I have noticed a static noise. I never crank the volume either. I think they are blown even still! Plus, I have tried all the different bud sizes to fit my ears and they still feel uncomfortable.

Not such a happy camper. First time I can say I'm not happy with beats. The cord needs to b a little longer for people with a big neck as myself. Also it won't stay in my ear like it should. I'm stuck with them know, so I have no choice but to use them.

Had issues with the sound at first, then they literally started falling apart within 9 months of purchase, now the volume button is stuck and to fix will be another 100 dollars, save your money and buy something else.

Originally purchased Sony MX1000XM2's and though they were significantly more, they weren't made for working out and the sweat with. I ended up returning them and going with the Powerbeats 3 wireless ~ though it was scary buying in-ear headphones, as I never use in-ear ones, these are fantastic. Sure, the quality of the sound isn't as good as noise-cancelling on ear ones, but I definitely enjoy them for working out. (Gym prespective) ~ Easily able to deadlift/bench without issues, there pretty snug once you find the right tip. Prefect for charging on the go, as 5 minute charging lasts about 45-1hr at full volume. Durability is pretty decent for the price. I really love how seemless it works with iPhone as well, as for some reason these earphones comparing to my Beats Studios end up taking waaay less battery life. That's a huge plus. Primary reason I give it a 4/5 is because the quality is up to par with some on-ear headphones, but it does get pretty close. (I've owned crappy in-ear style onces before)

I did not make this purchase. I do not live in the state where it was purchased. I've made several attempts to call and report it. I've left voicemails about the incident and no one has been able to assist me.

Sound quality was poor especially for the original price point of 200$ I only paid 89.99! I returned them as fast as I could and tried many other pair and ended up with the Plantronics 3100’s off Amazon For 50$

My husband had to exchange it for a new one after 13 days of using it coz it wouldn’t turn on at all. He only uses it for work out and he sweats a lot and this thing is not sweat proof.

Product stopped working in 3 months. Tried returning through Apple and was told not able to repair due to casing issue. Not my fault but can’t prove. Surrendered since they wanted me to pay $99 to replace. Complete loss. Ugh

Had to return them less than a month after purchasing them. First week was great and then they continuously disconnected or would go dead. Would do the reboot and would work for maybe 30 minutes and disconnect again.

i've gone through 3 pairs in 1 month. if sweat gets on the volume adjuster, you might as well say good bye to them. They will stop working. You cannot adjust the volume, or connect via bluetooth. It will even skip tracks while you're exercising.

Very disappointed that it is so difficult to sync these up with a Galaxy S6. We have tried everything including resetting them but still not able to. We will be returning tomorrow.

never will i ever purchase this product again in my life this was supposed to be the best wire less headset. however the battery life didn't last and i couldn't go to far away from my phone
