I bought this as a gift, its been three weeks and already its not working. Passed the two week return policy so now I have to go through the hassle of shipping it to the company. Did not expect that from such a popular and EXPENSIVE product.

This is just a cheap piece of plastic and will eventually just break. I put these in my pockets and they straight just snapped in half lol. There goes 100$ Down the drain

Battery says up to 12 hrs I’ve had it charge for days sometimes and still barely last 2 at most 3 hrs. As soon as it’s taken off the charger it’s at 90% and going down.

I received these as a gift because I lost my First Generation pair. Unfortunately the Powerbeats 3 have lost significant sound quality. These sound like the music is coming through an empty soup can.

It was too big for my ears but the main reason for the 1 star is because it is not an easy turn on and off. Super easy to connect but it will connect to any apple device close by. I returned them.

I am a fan of Bose sound. The durability of there headphones is questionable, but sound quality can not be denied. The sound of the Beats headset is very inferior to Bose.

These were overall good, but 8 months in, they won't hold a charge or turn on. I thought I was getting a quality product, but it seems I overpaid.

I had heard great things about this brand so I decided to give it a try. Within a week of this purchase, the headphones died completely and would not charge or turn on. I returned them immediately. I was not impressed.

Does not work like they should. Phone had to be no further than a foot away from ear buds to work. If further they would not work. Talked to several people, they say the same.

I bought these for my girlfriend for christmas and they already died out on her. Shes attempted to reset them and charge them and they wont turn on. Definitely disappointed as I have the Powerbeats 2 and they are still going after a year,

Should have done more research before buying these. They failed shortly after owning. Based upon the reviews I have read on Apples. website....most of the fail within 6 months.

Terrible. The over ear hook broke in Feb. It stopped charging in Jun. Sent it back to apple received it on jul 13 . Jul 15 stopped charging again. Very disappointed. I will not use beats by dre again

I honestly dont like these earphones, always falling off, battery dies way too quickly on the pair I got, audio is okay but outside sound is real problem with these, wish I returned em but never got around honestly

So i thought its a big brand will buy this and atleast it gonna work for 1 year but this thing not able to charge with its own charger its not charging at all am so upset with this product i bought it 3 month ago dont recommend

I bought my Powerbeats and I couldn’t turn it on no matter what. I tried charging it and doing everything in the manual but it wouldn’t turn on. I can’t return it yet because of this COVID BS.

The Beats Powerbeats 3 are a recent purchase that I bought from my local Best Buy store. The Powerbeats 3 are ideal for the typical gym rat or runner. These earphones are also excellent for the everyday commuter like your typical college student walking from class to class. I reviewed this product in four categories including the battery, sound, wireless (range), the earphone comfort, and earphone pricing. Battery The battery life of the Powerbeats 3 is nothing short of excellent. The battery is a huge upgrade from the past Powerbeats 2 and other previous models. The Powerbeats 3 come with a new Apple W1 chip, that gives the user up to 12 hours of battery life. Apple decided to stay with the original microUSB port. A charging cable comes included inside the earphone box. With just five minutes of charge, the earphones give the user an hour of playback sound. Because the battery life and other features have greatly improved, these earphones are rather pricey, around 150$. Sound Quality The Powerbeats 3 earphones sound is the best quality yet. The bass on these earphones have a more clean and clear bass sound, which is something the Powerbeats 2 had an issue with. Not only is the bass a huge improvement, the mids and highs have clearer sound than ever. And since one size doesn’t always fit every ear type, the Apple Powerbeats 3 come with four different earphone tips, so you can choose the pair that best fits comfortably. Wireless (Range) The wireless range on the beats is a huge upgrade from the previous generation Powerbeats. The Powerbeats 3 remain connected with my apple iPhone 7 plus from over 75 feet with clean and clear sound. This is a very helpful feature for the typical gym rat. You can leave your phone on the exercise machine, and walk over to the nearest water fountain for a drink and not lose connectivity with your device. The W1 Apple chip allows easy Bluetooth connectivity with the newer Apple devices such as the iPhone 7 plus, but the Powerbeats 3 can also connect very easily with Android or any previous apple iPhone models. The W1 Apple chip once connected to an Iphone device, the earphones will automatically connect with any other Apple device associated with the iPhone such as an iPad, MacBook, Applewatch linked to your Apple iCloud account, so there won’t be any lengthy and unnecessary pairing session.

Beats by Apple been becoming bad lately, beats used to be great when was manufactured by monster and Dr Dre now it's just trash, you just pay for the logo an donly lasted 2 months working what trash

Spring for the headphones, these feel enormous and clunky. So uncomfortable I haven't even been able to check for sound yet. They just sit in my purse unused.

This is my second powerbeats 3 wireless earbuds. One failed prior to the one year mark the other after 14 months of a 12 month warranty. Don't bother buying unless you enjoy sending them for repair if under warranty.

These are really not durable, at all. The earpiece totally came off of the connector. Our second pair of beats and they are both either falling apart or broken. Now apple is balking at replacing the set.
