Didn’t even last a year. Wires are showing, the right ear hook wire is sticking out so I can no longer wear it. I’m irritated with spending money on beats and they’re always wearing out.

They do not work for more then an hour. I charge them for more then an hour a day and they never last long. They disconnect on their own and die soon after that. Do not purchase. Ill stick with Bose

When you get the beats Wireless it is great, it works how it should be. But after a few months it was not charging anymore and sometimes it was 100% charged and suddenly it turns off. I wouldn’t buy it anymore.

They stopped working within 3 months. Would expect much better from a product so expensive. The customer service from beats was not that great and did not help. Now I have 200dollar pair headphones I cant use.

The sound in these headphones for the money is embarrassing. They are 25-50$ headphones w a beats logo on the side. Returned!!

I purchased this Beats 2/19/17. In that one year I had the exchange 4 time do to sweat. If you’re going to buy to exercise and you sweat it will eventually stop working. That’s my experience. Not happy nearly $200.

Beats?, more like No Beat. Basic wireless headphones in my opinion. I like my music LOUD! And these Dr. Dre Beats did not deliver at all. My $8 headphones have better sound quality than these. Hard pass.

they do not have a nice base sound. they are not bad but for the price, is not a good deal. no much sound/quality difference than the samsung headphones that came with the phone. I returned them

Bought mine and died shortly beyond the 1 yr warranty point. Thankfully my complaints to Apple afforded me a replacement outside of warranty. When the replacements die I will be looking elsewhere.

This was purchased as a replacement for a set my son had received on prior Christmas, and it is already not working on one side (no sound). This is definitely not a good product, and I will not purchase it again.

Overpriced junk. I’ve had 3 pairs of these headphones and none of them lasted 1 yr. Apple advertises these as sweat proof which is a total joke. 30 minutes into a workout, the headphones short out.

Purchased headphones and they were damaged try to exchange and best buy employees were rude would not be purchasing beats or patronizing bestbuy ever again

3rd pair has finally broke and I’m going to go by the 3 strike rule. I have had all 3 models and same thing happens every time . If you are someone who works out hard do not get these.

These suck! Quit working on me after 1 month of using while at the gym. returned them and purchased another pair thinking it was just a fluke. NOPE! the next set broke after a week! Wouldn't charge! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Microphone should have been placed further down on the wire. The person on the other end can hear what’s going on around me more than they can hear me. Wish I could return them for AirPods.

If you are a woman and have small ears like me then these are not for you. I literally had to shove them in my ear canal in order to get proper sound. They don't adjust and the sound was tinny. I'm Bose all the way.

I love the color, and used it for just working out. Before owning the wireless headphones, it didn't want to work anymore. Not sure why? it suppose to be great headphones.

Poor quality. They were working good for a couple months,then they just broke apart and that IS NOT COVER EVENTHOUGH YOU PAID FOR A YEAR PROTECTION . A $100 PLUS TO THE GARBAGE.

I bought these for my granddaughters 13th birthday. She opened them excited to charge them and show her friends. They never charged and never turned on. Such a big disappijntment fior nearly 100.00

I charge them and then use them. After using them for 15 minutes, they shut down and wont turn back on. I would highly recommend not getting these earphones. Biggest waste of $99 dollars.
