Worked for a month andnow can't hear any music but can talk on phone. I purposely wanted this for listening to mysic while working. Don't know what happened but, no sound for music.

Haven't had them for a year they came apart the piece that goes around your ear broke the speaker on one of the ear buds broke and the mic never worked good no one could ever hear me zero stars

Bought these to go mountain biking and work out with. After 20 days.. they just went dead. Took em back to Best Buy and had to ship em off to Apple to be fixed. Still waiting to get them back. These hella suck!!

I have purchased several pairs of Powerbeats (2 and 3) and they never seem to keep working. These stopped working after only 10 days. I finally gave up on Beats and purchased Jaybirds which have worked very well.

I've had two pairs of beats, the first ones worked great and lasted over a year, the second pair died in only a few months. Overpriced for cheaply made and uncomfortable headphones.

These headphones are about the worst piece of electronic you can buy. They work for like 3 months until you learn to love them and then they stop holding a charge and won’t stay on for a workout.

The only thing that is good about these headphones is that they are comfortable.... other than that, they are very poor quality - they sound horrible.

These earbuds definitely are NOT worth the money! Sound terrible low volume cheaply made! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Save your money there are cheaper earbuds that sound way better!

They’re not that great. Don’t sound even that good. And for calling sucks. You have to keep the phone close or won’t work well. Wouldn’t recommend them.

They said that the battery will last 12hr but it did not last that long. The most I got out of the battery was only about 1 hr and 30 min out of the headphones. Had to return the headphones back to the store.

I was disappointed with my purchase because for a 200 dollar product with no available extended warranty you expect it to work flawlessly but I got the opposite. Sorry Dee but you dropped the ball on this one.

I wear glasses and this can sometimes be annoying with the over the ear piece. Lost a plastic piece and can't seem to get a replacement. Also no app for Android's to tell you battery life

I bought a month or two month back, but it is not working as expected. Highly disappointed. Not recommend to buy.

Have to make an appointment which is two weeks out. Once you get your appointment then you get to bring your items for drop off service. Doesn't make sense.........

The quality is not the same as the original Power Beats. We only replaced those because our puppy chewed one of the ears pieces. The sound, connectivity and overall quality is not there.

These headphones are literally just AirPods that fit different. I own AirPods and I wanted something a little louder and these were no different whatsoever. Returned the same day.

Just shows brand power is everything. Mine died before 3 months with 2 hour wear a day, being charged every day. Sending in for warranty replacement, don't throw out your receipt!

They only lasted a little bit over a year and suddenly failed. They are non working anymore. Best Buy does not offer warranty for these, so they are disposable after a year.

Don’t waste your money. They are junk that only work half the time. Nothing worse then getting to the gym after you’ve been charging them for hours only to have them not turn on.

I found these for this product to be uncomfortable and the quality of sound is really not that great for the money you’re spending. I don’t recommend the purchase for this product .
