Bummed. I expected the sound to be impeccable- these are Beats! Unfortunately, it’s all high tones and little to no base. I can’t stand the sound so I don’t use them.

This product is horrible. I used it 3 times and now it won't hold a charge and best buys won't replace it! I will never shop at best buys again and I have been a loyal customer of 15 yrs.

Touted as having great bass. NOT true. Very tinny. WAY to expensive for for the cheap sound it creates. I've purchased Gas station ear buds that sound better. Don't waste your money.

As soon as I broke a heavy sweat the beats would shut down. Had too many disconnects on the regular. I returned the beats and now looking for a better option for a workout headphone

The sound is Horrid and they don’t fit well. Used multiple ear cushions they provided and all are worthless. My twenty dollar wired Skull Candy buds fit and sound a lot better.

Worked for 2.5 weeks then died. Tried exchanging for another pair & have to do it through Apple bc it was after the 15 day window.

I would of thought they would of been a better quality since they were by DR.Dre. I tried them and when the music started it sounded destorted. Powerbeats wireless.

I have had had these for less than 1 month and they already stopped turning on and before that they would disconnect during runs for to sweat.

I’ve had this for less than a year and the quality is poor. There is a buzzing noise that comes in and out. Definitely not satisfied with my purchase.

Was expecting the next level of sound, comfort as well as noise reduction since these were a step above the Beats X. They failed miserably!

I was able to return these in time. Way way way too many people upset with how quickly units go bad after getting wet.

Bought these as a gift for someone that wanted them. You'd have to be an idiot to fall for this over-rated garbage. Avoid anything Beats.

where the ear mold and the earphone connect is a horrible design flaw that is not yet fixed from previous models. sound quality is very average......

I bought this by seeing lot of good reviews here. But it was disappointing after couple of uses, i felt very uncomfortable and felt headache after using of it.

This is my 3rd pair of Dre beats. The wear and tear needs a major upgrade the headphones are very fragile and the price is very high

My second pair from Best Buy and these will not hold a charge. Same problem - around day 21 they stop holding a charge. Charging all night, 4 min into a run and they turn off.

I have had my Beats for 4 months and now they are not work. I see now why Best Buy does not offer a warranty on these. They are a piece of junk to stop working after 4 months.

I had these Powerbeats 3 for 3 weeks Used them 6 times Now they won't turn on Past the return policy for Best Buy Took them to the Apple Store Waiting for them to be repaired

After about 10 months... and many resets, the sound becomes scrambled and unusable after a few minutes of use. Waste of money

The worst ever headphone. I replaced it 2 times and the third is gone. Bad quality and no warranty after a year.
