I have been a Beats fan since day 1 unfortunately since Apple took over they have been crap. None of the Beats products are remotely comparable to first generation Beats..not too sure why they bought the company anyway except to offer their product at a cheaper price. My assumption is that with PowerBeats3 at $199 or Air Pods at $159 Sound is comparable to knockoffs on Amazon maybe a little better but nothing to brag about Battery Life purported to be 12 Hours not too sure about that claim, The frequency of charging them doesn't seem to be less Unfortunately the modus operandi today is to have subpar quality at a high price

The whole reason I chose these headphones over airpods, or bose was due to the design and them being "active" headphones used by all the major athletes in the world. And while working out they fit great, the first few minutes that is. Once I began to sweat they would slide and fall out of my ears, almost as much if not more than my apple headphones.... And then recently the battery gave out and no longer will hold a charge turning them into a paperweight. And its not like these headphones are old at all, they are actually well under a year old, and when you consider the price I paid for them, that is not a good life span.

Awkward fit and volume inconsistent. Thought that since it was made for Apple it would perform better than my previous Bose set but I am sadly disappointed to confirm the contrary.

Having been satisfied with Beats products in the past I thought purchasing the Powerbeats 3 would be a no brainer, well I was wrong. The Powerbeats 3 are great when they work, the problem is that the pair I had, and I had two pair, failed about every six weeks. I experienced either charging or connecting issues time and time again. Warranty support was easy and efficient but common having to warrantee them every few weeks is ridiculous. They even sent me a different pair which then filed after a short time period. Complete junk!

Glad I got them on sale. Not as great as I’d hoped for. I woulda been less then pleased if I payed $200 for them. Neck button doesn’t work all that great. Connectivity is sketchy at times

I purchased these just over a year ago as a mix office and workout set. They do not handle calls well at all. With my phone less than two feet away, the audio constantly distorted. They then became one-dimensional. They work decent for working out, however; I had to tighten down the wire to get them to stay in place and it made them very uncomfortable. Then they began acting up just a few months in by not turning off, which destroyed the battery life. On the bright side the quick charge feature does work well. During a recent work out, they just quit. Could not turn on, could not reset, the light did not come on when plugged in to charge. I got on a chat with support they offered to fix them for $99 plus shipping. That is a hefty price for a set I paid $149 for on sale. I was 40 days out of warranty and they would not work with me, which I found surprising considering my experiences with apple. Meanwhile my wife has been happy as can be with a $25 set she bought on amazon over 2 years ago. As the title warns: do not waste your time and money. I replaced with a similar set to what my wife has and so far they are more comfortable and the sound quality difference is negligible.

purchased my beats wireless 3 back in may 2017, and as of today Im on my 4th! replacement due to sweat related issues. Product is not durable at all regret purchasing these earphones. Go Bose wireless, apple ruined Beats.

I got the beats on sale but I am not satisfied with the purchase. The battery does last a considerable amount of time but the sound quality is atrocious.

Hype powerbeats just don't have the quality only lasted a while before i got JBLS

After a month they quit connecting. Made a appointment at the apple store they sent me a brand new pair they stopped connecting and support is a joke

First off I have had this headset for a while now. I initially used them for the gym and although they are sweat-proof, every time I turn my head the cord in the back gets stuck to my neck and pulls out the headphone. I have also tried using them for cycling while using my road bike and they are awful. First they are uncomfortable due to the helmet and sunglasses. The part that goes around the ear make them uncomfortable and yet again when I sweat and turn my head it gets pulled out. I can see these being good for non sport use. Either than that switching to Jaybirds.

Sound quality is not bad but the over the ear part broke after a week it just look like they made that part with a paperclip

Sweat seems to cause these headphone to stop working. I'm lucky my 1 year warranty will cover the repairs for the pair that stopped working but it looks like i'm going to have to explore other options/brands for music at the gym since that is the primary reason I bought these in the first place. I would recommend these for someone just using them casually but if you plan to use your headphones for any activity that includes sweating then I would consider other options.

On my 3rd set of these via warranty. Does not hold up to use in heavy sweat, rain or humidity. The sound is great when it works. Battery does not last 12 hours. The life of the battery is very short. If you are lucky (or unlucky), it will last just until the warranty runs out

Only recommendation if price is 99 and below, mine didn’t hold a charge over 3 hrs so returned. First pair of older version was better

Returned these because they kept cutting in and out definitely wouldn’t recommend

Sound is AWESOME but I'm giving this product two stars because it won't last long if exposed to sweat.

Great fit, great for running or working out, but they aren't sweatproof or water resistant. If it rains while you're out, these will fail. They are likely to break anyways - i'm on my 4th pair. Apple will replace them but the processs is painful, you'll need the serial number from the cable, which is in impossibly small font and will rub off with use.

Dont buy them. read the reviews. These headphones on the apple site are 1.6 star rating. NO GOOD!!
